Car chase lasted about 1-1/2 hours…ended in Union, Mo., began in Dupo, Ill.
The chase began shortly after 3:30 p.m. near Dupo, Illinois. The man drove west through St. Louis City, St. Louis County and Franklin County. The woman was in the passenger seat. Illinois State Police said the chase started when members of the D.E.A. tried to serve a warrant for the man.
