3 Shot, 1 Killed at Amazon Warehouse in Jacksonville:

FLORIDA — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred at an Amazon facility Monday.

 

Deputies say three people were shot, one fatally outside the business—located at 12900 Pecan Park Road. At least two others suffered graze wounds.

 

Assistant Chief Brian Kee said two men armed with handguns hopped out of a silver car around 2 p.m. local time and started shooting at a line of people who were there to apply for a job.

 

“This is not random. It was specifically targeting this victim,” Kee told reporters. “We are not inside the facility at all.”

 

“We’re trying to determine what the motive was why they were after this victim. We have about 10 eyewitnesses that were both inside and outside of the facility,” said Kee. “This does not appear to be a workplace violent incident that you would normally associate with workplace violence or mass shootings.”

US Supreme Court Lifts Limit On President's Ability To Fire Agency Directors In CFPB Case

 

The court ruled the the limit in the Dodd-Frank Act limiting the president's ability to fire the head of the CFPB was unconstitutional

The court severed the issue from the rest of the law, allowing the agency to continue to operate

Sen. Elizabeth Warren was the agency's first director and hailed Monday's ruling

 

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday overturned part of a federal law that limited President Trump’s ability to fire the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau without cause, ruling it violated the constitutional separation of powers but determined the agency, itself, is legal.

 

The justices agreed the issue of the president’s ability to fire the CFPB’s director could be severed from the rest of the case, meaning the agency can continue to operate and its past cases do not need to be revisited.

 

“The president’s power to remove and thus supervise those who wield executive power on his behalf follows from the text of Article II, was settled by the First Congress, and was confirmed in” a 1926 landmark decision, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote in the majority opinion.

 

He added: “We therefore hold that the structure of the CFPB violates the separation of powers. We go on to hold that the CFPB director’s removal protection is severable from the other statutory provisions bearing on the CFPB’s authority. The agency may therefore continue to operate, but its director, in light of our decision, must be removable by the president at will.”

 

The 5-4 decision, in which Roberts sided with the four more conservative justices on the court, came in Seila Law v. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which was filed by a California law firm that refused to comply with a civil investigative demand. Seila Law provides debt-related legal services to clients.

 

The CFPB was the brainchild of Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., in the wake of the Great Recession. It was part of the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act and was charged with protecting consumers from abuses by financial institutions. The law specifically prohibited firing its director without cause.

 

Warren hailed the decision on Twitter.

Ocean Voyages Institute Removed 103 Tons Of Plastic From The Great Pacific Garbage Patch Setting Record

 

The Ocean Voyages Institute returned to Honolulu last week after spending 48-days out at the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, where they collected a mind-blowing 103 tons of marine debris.

 

The Great Pacific Garbage Patch comprises of two enormous masses of ever-increasing piles of plastic and other trash. The Eastern Garbage Patch is situated between Hawaii and California, while the Western Garbage Patch extends in an easterly direction towards Japan from the Hawaiian Islands.

 

The oceanic litter patch is up to 1.6 million square kilometres in size, according to the Ocean Cleanup institution, who have also calculated that the weight of all the trash in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch (also known as The Gyre) to be at around 80,000 tons.

 

And so while The Ocean Voyages Institute should rightly be praised for their remarkable work, it is, unfortunately, literally just a drop in the ocean.

 

The California-based nonprofit charted a Hawaiian sailing cargo ship called Kwai and departed shore in early May. They returned to land on June 23. GPS-enabled satellite beacons, drones and other technology were used in the operation.

 

As you can see from the photos and from their YouTube video, it was a mammoth undertaking hauling in all the plastic, fishing nets and other assorted trash.

“I am so proud of our hard working crew,” said founder and executive director Mary Crowley in a statement.

 

“We exceeded our goal of capturing 100 tons of toxic consumer plastics and derelict ‘ghost’ nets. And in these challenging times, we are continuing to help restore the health of our ocean, which influences our own health and the health of the planet.”

 

In 2019, the Ocean Voyages Institute engaged in a similar, but slightly smaller project, collecting 42 tons of debris after spending 25 days out at sea.

 

“We feel that our cleanup work in the Gyre really helps address some of this debris before it arrives in the islands,” she said. “The oceans can’t wait for these nets and debris to break down into microplastics which impair the ocean’s ability to store carbon and toxify the fragile ocean food web,” Crowley added.

 

Much of the ropes, fishing nets and consumer plastics will be recycled into fuel and repurposed into building insulation.

 

Plans are underway for more expeditions this year and in years ahead.

While most of us were busy surviving pandemic-fueled civil confinement and Democratic Party–led riots in the street, the shots over Fort Sumter were fired, and the war for freedom of speech began in earnest. How do you teach law-abiding citizens that breaking the windows of Jewish businesses is not only acceptable, but also patriotic? How do you mobilize a nation, as Mao did, to destroy its own glorious history? Or convince a prosperous country, as Chávez did, to trade the wealth of the free market for socialist poverty? MAGA support building in, of all communities, the musicians of NE Ohio and W PA. For those of you who don't know, beginning in the 60's and lasting for decades, that region of the country was highly targeted by the music business (record sales, radio play, concert venues) because of the large youth population and their die-hard support for the music and musicians of the day. Magazines like Rolling Stone were directing their articles and opinions directly at that geographic group of young people (and others, of course). It is no coincidence that region has strong Dem support, and why it is considered a battleground region. There is a long list of national politicians who campaigned heavily there, including DJT.

 

Nor is it a coincidence the 1970 Ohio National Guard shooting took place where it did - Kent State University, in NE Ohio. Y'all up to speed about that event? The back stories? How and why it happened? A deliberate, perfect storm set up by lefty agitators? The quick to blame finger pointing by left leaning journalists and academia, along with Neil Young through his popular song OHIO recorded days after the event? Why they specifically targeted Kent State University (a hub of secretive military connected research)? Get on it, if not.

 

Anyway, back to music and musicians. A number of well known musicians came out of that region. Eric Carmen (Raspberries), Joe Walsh (James Gang/Eagles), Chrissy Hynde (Pretenders), DEVO, Trent Reznor (NIN), Myron Grombacher (Pat Benatar) are among the more notable names and groups hailing from there. Behind that list is another set of names and groups regionally legendary - Micheal Stanley Band, Left End, Poobah, Glass Harp and The B.E. Taylor Group. The last two featured the world renowned guitarist, Phil Keaggy, and the equally gifted singer, B.E. Taylor. Both of them were notable for both their world class talent, as well as their inspiring life-long Christian witnessing. They are among the few able to freely cross between the divergent worlds of rock and Christian music. Because of that, they forged a die-hard regional fan base, and as the years passed, more and more people would cite them as the reason for their eventual spiritual awakening.

 

Behind that group of names are another, much larger set of musicians and singers who became the backbone of the local music scene for decades. They were the guys and girls who were happy to stay local, working at their day jobs, raising families, while also playing in bars and clubs at night. Because live music is one of the few activities (along with sports) the general public broadly supported, those musicians became legendary and influential in their own right, stalwarts who would appear on countless stages, in various bands for any and all music events. Those are the musicians I know best, because I am one of them. In all these years, this large group of musicians were not outwardly known to share their religious or political views, because no one asked us. We were there to play music, not preach or pander.

 

For the most part, we kept our religious and political views private. Music was our bond, our purpose. Those who took a more open position regarding their faith were doing just fine speaking to that side of life. There didn't seem to be a need for any of us to join the chorus, even if we had grown spiritually ourselves. The days and nights spent abusing our bodies and minds with the alluring music scene traps and poisons we knew decades ago were long behind us. The less we talked about it, the better, just like war veterans. We also kept our political views private, especially on social media, because from experience we knew what would usually happen - blowback from the Karens of both genders if they sensed in any way we were veering away from the lib groupthink. Just keep playing your funky music white boy, and leave the thinking and opinion shaping to us.

 

Well, lately things have changed. This long quiet group of musicians are now speaking out, and for once not being challenged by the Karens. This current graphic of a conversation on FB is proof of that. The blurred out names are a NE OH, W PA who's who of local legends, some more than local with careers that reached into the highest ranks across the globe. One successful and renowned musician started it by posting a 2016 MSM article/poll declaring HRC the certain winner over Trump by a large margin. You can read the rest. Boom! Full open support for POTUS, derision at lib Dems, not a peep from the Karens who are certainly reading all the comments! It wouldn't surprise me one bit if I find I'm not the only one digging, memeing and praying! One of them recently shocked me with his heartfelt posting about Jesus vs. Globalist world leaders. ST. LOUIS — It’s an encounter that’s gained national attention and it happened in St. Louis’ Central West End neighborhood.

 

Mark and Patricia McCloskey live in a neighborhood with million-dollar homes. The entire neighborhood is privately owned and managed, which means the entire street is considered private property.

 

The couple has been seen across social media in what are now viral photos – which show them pointing guns at protesters.

 

Anne Allred: Tell me what happened last night.

 

Mark McCloskey: We came back to the house. I don't know what time it is, I've been up ever since. I'm a little, I'm a little blurry, but we were preparing dinner. We went out to the east patio, open porch that faces Kingshighway on one side and Portland Place Drive on the south, and we're sitting down for dinner. We heard all this stuff going on down on Maryland Plaza. And then the mob started to move up Kingshighway, but it got parallel with the Kingshighway gate on Portland Place.

 

Somebody forced the gate, and I stood up and announced that this is private property. Go back. I can't remember in detail anymore. I went inside, I got a rifle. And when they … because as soon as I said this is private property, those words enraged the crowd. Horde, absolute horde came through the now smashed down gates coming right at the house. My house, my east patio was 40 feet from Portland Place Drive. And these people were right up in my face, scared to death. And then, I stood out there. The only thing we said is this is private property. Go back. Private property. Leave now.

 

At that point, everybody got enraged. There were people wearing body armor. One person pulled out some loaded pistol magazine and clicked them together and said that you were next. We were threatened with our lives, threatened with a house being burned down, my office building being burned down, even our dog's life being threatened. It was, it was about as bad as it can get. I mean, those you know, I really thought it was Storming the Bastille that we would be dead and the house would be burned and there was nothing we could do about it. It was a huge and frightening crowd. And they were they broken the gate were coming at us.

 

Allred: There have been some reports on Twitter and people who say they were there. It says they are saying the gate was already broken.

 

McCloskey: Yes. That is nonsense. Absolute nonsense. The gate was up, broken. The gate was broken physically in half. Our trustees on Portland Place came out later in the night and chained it all up with an automotive tow chain it looks like. But no, you can talk to the trustees on Portland Place. The gate was not broken in half and laying on the ground one second before they came in the storm.

 

Allred: Were the protesters on your private property at any point?

 

McCloskey: Everything inside the Portland Place gate is private property. There is nothing public in Portland Place. Being inside that gate is like being in my living room. There is no public anything in Portland Place. It is all private property. And you've got to appreciate that if there are two or three hundred people, I don't know how many there were. We were told that 500 people showed up at the Lyda Krewson house, which is not on our street, as you know. But how many of them came through Portland Place? I don't know. But it was a big crowd and they were aggressive, wearing body armor and screaming at us and threatening to harm us. And how they were going to be living in our house after they kill us.

Israel Leverages Dubious ‘Nuclear Archives’ to Re-Enlist IAEA in Campaign Against Iran

 

The International Atomic Energy Agency has once again lent itself to the political interests of the United States and Israel, writes Gareth Porter.

 

The approval by the board of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of a June 19 resolution calling on Iran to comply fully with agency demands for cooperation marks a new stage in the long-running Israeli campaign to isolate Iran over alleged covert nuclear weapons activities.

 

The IAEA has demanded that Iran provide “clarifications” regarding “possible undeclared nuclear material and nuclear-related activities,” as well as access to two sites in question.

 

Those demands are based on alleged Iranian documents that Israeli intelligence supposedly stole from Iran in 2018. And as The Grayzone has previously reported, their authenticity is highly questionable, and their purported theft may have never occurred.

 

Israeli Pressure with US Help

 

The latest phase of the Iran crisis erupted in June 2018, when the Israeli government informed the IAEA that its intelligence services had discovered a new “secret atomic warehouse” in the Turquzabad district of Tehran.

 

In his September 2018 United Nations speech announcing the find, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu subsequently demanded that IAEA director general, Yukio Amano, “do the right thing. Go inspect this atomic warehouse, immediately, before the Iranians finish clearing it out.”

 

Amano pushed back publicly against the Israeli pressure in October 2018, asserting his independence from Netanyahu’s agenda. Under his watch, the IAEA also failed to accede to Israel’s demand to publicize documents from the “archive” they had provided.

 

When Brian Hook, a neoconservative operative serving as the U.S. State Department’s lead official on isolating Iran, visited Israel in November 2018, the Israeli Foreign Ministry’s political director told him his government was furious with the IAEA for failing to take the documents seriously.

 

Hook assured the Israelis that the Donald Trump administration would apply pressure on the IAEA to take action. He assigned the new U.S. ambassador to the IAEA, a protege of John Bolton named Jackie Walcott, as his point person.

Yesterday, while praying for peace and unity in our city and the protection of the Saint Louis statue, Black Lives Matter protesters started to harass, berate, and assault the Catholics that were peacefully praying. We did nothing in retaliation. We allowed them to spit on us, call us names, put their fingers in our faces, push us, and antagonize, but we did not retaliate. We continued to peacefully pray. One male then came over and said he would attack myself, one other Catholic man, and a Catholic woman that was there if we did not leave. We continued to pray.

 

 

At that moment someone in the crowd poured an unidentified liquid on the older man pictured below in the comments protecting his head, and was then attacked by a violent individual, also pictured below with his arm pulled back about to attack the elderly man. We got the elderly man out of there safely, and I was about to leave to retrieve my lunch as a friend of mine had just come over to tell me my food had arrived, when the mob approached him. They asked if he was with me, and when he said yes they began to berate him. They took his walking stick from him and when he didn’t react they knocked his hat off of his head, called him a skin head, and attacked him. At this point I intervened to pull the attacker off of my friend, and I was attacked by the mob and the attacker. I have a video attached below of the assault.

 

 

I will be pressing charges against the attackers. If you can identify anyone in these videos or pictures, please let me know. This can not stand. The police were called 6 times by others on the sidelines and never showed up. The righteous must defend themselves, as the it appears the government no longer is. I hope Donald J. Trump, Mike Parson, Senator Josh Hawley, Senator Roy Blunt, Sam Page, Mayor Lyda Krewson, and other public officials address this, as if not corrected things will only get worse.

Andy Ngo EVISCERATES Nadler's Claim That Antifa's Role in Riots Is 'Imaginary'

 

On Monday, Andy Ngo, editor-at-large at The Post Millennial, testified before the House Oversight Committee, powerfully rebutting Rep. Jerry Nadler’s (D-N.Y.) insistence that when it comes to the protests and riots spreading across America after the horrific police killing of George Floyd, the presence of antifa instigators is “imaginary.” Ngo, who has suffered serious injury from antifa attacks, is a living rebuke to such claims.

 

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) noted that Ngo’s name did not appear on the Democrats’ web page for the hearing. “Mr. Ngo, why do Democrats try to ignore you?” Jordan asked.

 

“I don’t know if it’s intentional,” Ngo responded. “I’ve written for very major publications about this very violent threat.” He noted that Portland has experienced “thirty-straight days of violent rioting downtown” following protests over the death of George Floyd.

 

Jordan asked Ngo to respond to the claim that antifa is “imaginary.”

 

“Yes, it’s real,” the journalist responded. “When I heard that, I was quite surprised.” He held up police affidavits in criminal cases against self-described members of antifa.

 

He first presented a record on Amelia Joan Shamrowicz, who allegedly committed arson, criminal mischief (destroying or damaging $1,000 or more in property), and rioting. When police interviewed Shamrowicz’s roommates, they “reported that SHAMROWICZ stated they started the fire using a Molotov cocktail, and she is part of Antifa. SHAMROWICZ was reported to be extremely excited about being labeled a terrorist and was very animated about her hopes that police officers would be killed and injured by the riots. She also stated that she would be going out on another mission and the goal would be to set another fire.”

 

He also held up another affidavit from Travis County, Texas, in which three known members of a communist/socialist antifa group were charged with looting, burglary, and property damage at a Target in Austin.

SPLC Slams Trump’s Terror Designation of Antifa as ‘Dangerous and Unjust’ as America Burns

 

Ngo condemned the “information warfare” on this issue, insisting that violence comes from extremists on both the left and the right.

 

“Ever since Donald Trump’s surprise election win in November 2016, there’s been consistent routine violent rioting in Portland,” the journalist testified, condemning both antifa and right-wing extremists.

 

Last June, a violent antifa assault landed Ngo in the hospital with a brain hemorrhage. He condemned police for failing to protect him from threats and violence.

 

On Monday, Jordan asked the journalist if Portland’s mayor had ordered police not to break up violent riots.

 

“I don’t have the evidence of that, but our mayor” has clearly expressed his “dislike of the police,” Ngo responded. He described “an environment were police are passive and they’re tolerating mob violence.”

 

“As police are retreating, I fear that America is experiencing what Portland has,” the journalist explained.

 

Jordan noted that members of Minneapolis’s City Council have voted to disband the police department, yet they receive $4,500 per day for private security.

 

“Elected officials need to be protected from terrorists and those who seek to harm them. And you know who else needs to be protected? Regular citizens,” Ngo quipped in response.

Motive?

Flynn targeted for destruction because he wanted to investigate Brennan's 'off the books' billions of dollars at CIA?

 

Sidney Powell, the tenacious lawyer who corrected the judicial abuse of her client, General Michael Flynn, is reminding us that she and her client believe he was originally targeted for destruction because he was aiming to investigate what he believes was serious corruption at the CIA under its director, John Brennan. Via Lifezette:

 

Sidney Powell, attorney for retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, said her client, in his duties as the White House national security adviser, was prepared to "audit" the U.S. intelligence community.

 

That, according to the former federal prosecutor, is partly why federal agents "set up" Flynn.

 

Powell, who took over Flynn's defense last summer, told the "Vickie McKenna Show" on 1310 WIBA Madison that her client was "totally set up" because he threatened to expose wrongdoing by top intelligence officials in the Obama administration.

 

"He was going to audit the intel agencies because he knew about the billions Brennan and company were running off the books," Powell said, referring to former CIA Director John Brennan.

I have no specific information about these suspicions, but the secrecy necessary for intelligence and counter-intelligence work, when combined with the practice of employing outside contractors for classified work, opens the door to potential financial corruption, simply because secrecy can block auditors from effective investigation and action. Sidney Powell has tremendous credibility, and she would not be mentioning this if there were not a factual and evidentiary basis, in my opinion.

 

I highly recommend the memoir of a retired CIA covert agent (and AT contributor) Ishmael Jones, The Human Factor: Inside the CIA's Dysfunctional Intelligence Culture, in which the author discusses the open door for corruption there. It is a riveting book that, more than anything else I have read, explains the multidimensional failures of the CIA.

 

Brennan, it should be noted, served as president of a major CIA contractor:

 

[T]he company that first developed the electronic watch lists for the government, and would have been directly involved in the Detroit fiasco [the shoe bomber's failed attempt to bring down a jumbo jet]: The Analysis Corporation (TAC).

 

TAC is the intelligence contractor Brennan headed from 2005 to 2009 before joining the Obama administration. By that time, it was a key player in a global monitoring system that included the TSA, the State Department, and the CIA's Counterterrorism Center. And last week [Oct 2015] the Corporation was back in the news after Wikileaks released a CIA report on the company as part of a larger dump of emails uncovered by a high school student who hacked into Brennan's personal AOL account.

 

The report on TAC, which is posted here, concerns a CIA contract that Brennan's company bid for but lost in 2007 while he was still its CEO. It underscores that Brennan would have known far more about TAC's potential role in the Detroit incident than he let on in public. But, more surprisingly, it shows that the CIA's contracting office thought that TAC was technically inept, intellectually dishonest, and heavily reliant on a handful of former officials — such as Brennan and his former boss, George Tenet — to get its way in the high stakes world of intelligence contracting.

 

Essentially, CIA officials concluded that Brennan and other former CIA officials working for TAC and its subcontractors provided "insider information" to their procurement office. That could be a violation of federal contracting rules that, according to legal experts and contracting laws, forbid "unauthorized disclosures" of such information prior to a contract award by individuals who "have worked for, acted on behalf of, or advised the Government."

 

Whatever the facts turn out to be, a serious investigation is warranted, as soon as General Flynn produces an evidentiary basis.

‘Flattening The Curve’ Has Become A Massive Bait And Switch

 

Everything 'flattening the curve' represented has been abandoned and now thousands have needlessly died, millions are out of work, and cities are burning.

 

At one point, the theory of “flattening the curve” was ubiquitous. The basic concept was that lockdowns could slow the spread of coronavirus, and this was of great importance since, as we were told at the time, “We can’t stop this virus.” The narrative went that if the virus were to spread unchecked, hospitals would be overwhelmed and both people with coronavirus and those needing medical attention for other ailments would die from the lack of access to care.

 

It all made sense. To a certain extent, it still does. Most graphics depicting flattening the curve, such as in The New York Times, showed two curves. Typically, the first was associated with no lockdowns that peaked well above the capacity of the health-care system, while the second, “flattened” curve was associated with lockdowns with its peak hovering near capacity. The areas under each curve, representing the total number of Covid-19 infections, were roughly equal.

 

Flattening the curve made two assumptions. First, it assumed that a certain amount of deaths and infections were inevitable and the best we could do was delay the process. No one promoting flattening the curve talked of stopping the disease; there were no graphs showing that if we locked down, infections would go straight to zero.

 

Second, flattening the curve was always shown with the same level of flattening: just enough to not overwhelm the health-care system. This was a tacit admission that flattening the curve would be painful and that it would not be beneficial to flatten the curve beyond the level needed to prevent overwhelming the healthcare system.

 

Flattening the curve was the bait. Next came the switch.

I was once told if we’re not careful, 2 percent of the passionate will control 98 percent of the indifferent 100 percent of the time.

The more I’ve thought about this phrase, the more I believe it. There is now a small group of passionate people working hard to destroy our American way of life. Treason and treachery are rampant and our rule of law and those law enforcement professionals who uphold our laws are under the gun more than at any time in our nation’s history. These passionate 2 percent appear to be winning.

Despite there being countless good people trying to come to grips with everything else on their plates, our silent majority (the indifferent) can no longer be silent.

If the United States wants to survive the onslaught of socialism, if we are to continue to enjoy self-government and the liberty of our hard-fought freedoms, we have to understand there are two opposing forces: One is the “children of light” and the other is the “children of darkness.”

As I recently wrote, the art and exercise of self-governance require active participation by every American. I wasn’t kidding! And voting is only part of that active participation. Time and again, the silent majority have been overwhelmed by the “audacity and resolve” of small, well-organized, passionate groups. It’s now time for us, the silent majority (the indifferent), to demonstrate both.

The trials of our current times, like warfare, are immense and consequences severe and these seem inconquerable.

As a policewoman from Virginia told me, “People don’t feel safe in their homes and our police force is so demoralized we cannot function as we should. In my 23 years with my department, I have never seen morale so low.”

Another woman from Mississippi told me that we need our leaders to “drop a forceful hammer. People are losing patience. It simply must be stopped! Laws MUST be enforced … no one is above the law.”

Don’t fret. Through smart, positive actions of resolute citizen-patriots, we can prevail. Always keep in mind that our enemy (these dark forces) invariably have difficulties of which we are ignorant.

China Warns of Swine Flu 2.0 Virus Known as G4 EA H1N1

 

Chines scientists are ringing alarm bells about a new flu strain. The new strain is a mutation from an influenza virus found in pigs, but can also infect humans. The concern is that with further mutation it could easily spread from person to person, creating a risk of global outbreak.

 

Academics call the new virus G4 EA H1N1. It was first discovered in China among people who work in pig slaughterhouses or elsewhere in the swine industry. This new strain is not covered by any modern flu vaccines. So far, the threat has not been large but researchers say the virus can grow and multiply in human airways.

 

A study published today in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences details the new G4 strain. The study describes the new virus as a blend of 3 prior strain: one from European and Asian birds, the 2009 Swine Flu, and a North American H1N1 strain found in birds, humans, and pigs.

 

This particular strain is one for concern. It’s core genetics come from an avian influenza that humans have poor immunity against. Disease and health organizations around the world must work together to monitor and react to this threat.

 

The China Agriculture University analyzed around 30,000 nasal swabs taken from pigs at slaughterhouses. The samples came from across 10 provinces in China. Collected between 2011 and 2018, the swabs contained large amounts of the G4 virus.

 

In 2009 the swine flu outbreak began in Mexico, but ended up being less deadly than initially feared. Once it entered the human population, many elderly were found to have immunity. The swine flu, now formally known as A/H1N1pdm09 is covered by the flu vaccine.

 

The first paper to begin the large study says the swine flu genes within G4 “may promote the virus adaptation” putting humans at risk. The paper is called Sun Honglei and it continued “It’s necessary to strengthen the surveillance.”

For most Americans, these forces appear to be strong. I sense they are desperate. I also sense that only a slight push on our part is all that is required to defeat these forces. How should that push come?

Prayers help and prayers matter, but action is also a remedy. Our law enforcement professionals, from the dispatcher to the detective and from the cop to the commissioner, are a line of defense against the corrupt and the criminal. It is how we remain (for now) in a state of relatively peaceful existence.

We must support them with all our being. They are not the enemy; they bring light to the darkness of night through their bravery and determination to do their jobs without fanfare and with tremendous sacrifice.

The silent majority (the indifferent) tend to go the way of those leading them. We are not map- or mind-readers; we are humans fraught with all the hopes and fears that flesh is heir to. We must not become lost in this battle. We must resoundingly follow our God-given common sense.

Seek the truth, fight for it in everything that is displayed before you. Don’t trust the fake news or false prophets; trust your instincts and your common sense. Those with a conscience know the difference between right and wrong, and those with courage will always choose the harder right over the easier wrong.

I believe the attacks being presented to us today are part of a well-orchestrated and well-funded effort that uses racism as its sword to aggravate our battlefield dispositions. This weapon is used to leverage and legitimize violence and crime, not to seek or serve the truth.

The dark forces’ weapons formed against us serve one purpose: to promote radical social change through power and control. Socialism and the creation of a socialist society are their ultimate goals. They are also intent on driving God out of our families, our schools and our courts. They are even seeking the very removal of God from our churches, essentially hoping to remove God from our everyday lives.

Remember, we will only remain united as “one nation under God.”

And yes, there is a “resistance movement” by the forces of darkness. However, we must also resist these onslaughts and instead take an optimistic view of our situation. Like war, optimism can be pervasive and helps to subdue any rising sense of fear.

We must, however, be deliberate about our optimism. Otherwise, we may get lost in discouragement and despair of any failings we encounter. We must be tenacious in the ultimate end we wish to gain. That end is to remain an unwavering constitutional republic based on a set of Judeo-Christian values and principles. We must not fear these and instead embrace each.

Our path requires course corrections. To move our experiment in democracy forward, we should fight and reject the tired and failed political paths and instead pursue a more correct path that shines a bright light on liberty, a path with greater and greater control of our livelihoods instead of being controlled by fewer and fewer of the too-long-in-power politicians. They have discarded us like old trash.

Our will, our individual liberties and freedoms, remain powerful forces and must be understood and applied smartly. We must not be overly stubborn. Following the Constitution as our guide and adapting to change as we have throughout history, we learn more about what freedoms humans desire.

At times, however, we have to fall back on what got us here. We cannot afford to lose our God-given human rights and the strong inner desire for freedom to choose and to breathe the fresh air of liberty. We must stand up and speak out to challenge our so-called “leaders” of government. We put them in charge; we can remove them as well.

It is through our rights and privileges as American citizens that we challenge the political class and leverage our election process so “we the people” can decide who will govern.

We must not allow a small percentage of the powerful to overtake our position on America’s battlefield. We, as free-thinking and acting individuals, must control how we will live and not allow a few passionate others to change our way of life.

To the silent and currently indifferent majority: Wake up. America is at risk of being lost in the dustbin of history to socialism. The very heart and soul of America is at stake.

In war, as in life, most failure comes from inaction. We face a pivotal moment that can change the course of history of our nation. We the people must challenge every politician at every level. We also must stand and support our law enforcement professionals: They are the pointy end of the spear defending us against anarchy. Now is the time to act.

This last chaz shooting is going to be important.

 

I live posted about this as it was happening. Here is what is known: at around 2:55am pst, there were shots fired from an SUV. There was a WHITE suv (furry sticker) driving around chaz, including joy riding in the park, and there was a silver suv driving around.

 

Shots were reported coming from one or both suvs. The white suv hit a barricade, and Antifa opened fire. One the video (1:50), you can here someone say “oh you are still alive” after shooting stopped, followed by a gunshot. Driver died of gsw to left temple, and passenger was taken to ER by chaz. (Both victims African American). Around this time, silver suv picks up passenger (also black), and speeds away at very high speed with no lights. Also at this time, private security shows up (who paid for that).

 

Why important:

  1. Initial Antifa feedback was of course “the drive by people were white supremacists”

  2. Very possible, Antifa literally executed two innocent people

  3. This makes chaz even more untenable to be mayor. She looks like a fool.

  4. This WOULD HAVE HAPPENED in much greater numbers if trump had taken the bait.

When you combine a steep downward trend in the quality of the officers with this program to begin replacing cops with “social workers” (Antifa with badges and guns), you’re looking at a very rough ride.

 

We are going into a situation where the cops simply will not be relied on to protect us. We’re also going into a situation where the mob of colored folk is about to start storming the suburbs.

 

This is going to be the situation:

 

  1. Blacks come to your home to kill you, rape and kill your wife and kids.

 

  1. If you call the cops, they do not come.

 

  1. If you shoot the blacks, the cops or “social workers” come and arrest you for murdering peaceful protesters

 

  1. If the blacks kill you and your family, the media doesn’t report on it, the police do not investigate, you never existed.

 

  1. If people you know – say, your parents – are killed by blacks, and you try to tell people that this happened and no one was arrested, you get charged with hate speech

 

This is happening now. We are moments away from it.

 

If Donald Trump loses, it’s going to go absolutely insane. The hate speech laws will be rushed through, as a way to ensure no one can talk about the murders.

 

I don’t know that it is possible for Trump to win. They are preparing for another lockdown, and that will mean mail-in ballots, and mail-in ballots mean Trump loses. But we need to do everything we can to drag this orange bastard across the finish line, because if we lose in November, all of actual hell is going to break loose.

How a False Hydroxychloroquine Narrative Was Created. “Dangerous” When Used for Covid-19

 

It is remarkable that a series of events taking place over the past 3 months produced a unified message about hydroxychloroquine, and produced similar policies about the drug in the US, Canada, Australia, NZ and western Europe. The message is that generic, inexpensive hydroxychloroquine is dangerous and should not be used to treat a potentially fatal disease, Covid-19, for which there are no (other) reliable treatments.

 

Hydroxychloroquine had been used safely for 65 years in millions of patients. And so the message was crafted that the drug is safe for its other uses, but dangerous when used for Covid-19. It doesn’t make sense, but it seems to have worked.

 

Were these acts carefully orchestrated? You decide.

 

Might these events have been planned to keep the pandemic going?

 

To sell expensive drugs and vaccines to a captive population?

 

Could these acts result in prolonged economic and social hardship, eventually transferring wealth from the middle class to the very rich? Are these events evidence of a conspiracy?

 

Here is a list of what happened, in no special order. Please help add to this list if you know of other actions I should include. This will be a living document. I have penned this as if it is the “to do” list of items to be carried out by those who pull the strings. The items on the list have already been carried out. One wonders what else might be on their list, yet to be carried out, for this pandemic.

 

  1. You stop doctors from using the drug in ways it is most likely to be effective (in outpatients at onset of illness). You prohibit use outside of situations you can control.

 

Situations that were controlled to show no benefit included 3 large, randomized, multi-center clinical trials (Recovery, Solidarity and REMAP-Covid), the kind of trials that are generally believed to yield the most reliable evidence. However, each of them used excessive hydroxychloroquine doses that were known to be toxic and may have been fatal in some cases; see my previous articles here and here.

 

  1. You prevent or limit use in outpatients by controlling the supply of the drug, using different methods in different countries and states. In NY state, by order of the governor, hydroxychloroquine could only be prescribed for hospitalized patients. France has issued a series of different regulations to limit prescribers from using it. France also changed the drugs’ status from over-the-counter to a drug requiring a prescription.

 

  1. You play up the danger of the drug, emphasizing side effects that are very rare when the drug is used correctly. You make sure everyone has heard about the man who died after consuming hydroxychloroquine in the form of fish tank cleaner.

 

  1. You limit clinical trials to hospitalized patients, instead of testing the drug in outpatients, early in the illness, when it is predicted to be most effective.

 

  1. You design clinical trials to give much too high a dose, ensuring the drug will cause harm in some subjects, sufficient to mask any possible beneficial effect. You make sure that dozens of trials in dozens of countries around the world use these dangerous doses.

 

  1. You design clinical trials to collect almost no safety data, so any cause of death due to drug toxicity will be attributed to the disease instead of the drug.

 

  1. You issue rules for use of the drug based on the results of the UK Recovery study, which overdosed patients. Of course their results showed more deaths in the hydroxychloroquine arm, since they gave patients 2.4 g in the first 24 hrs. Furthermore, the UK has the highest death rate in the world for Covid-19. Conducting a study there assured high death rates.

Holy Trinity Sunday

Mr. President,

 

In recent months we have been witnessing the formation of two opposing sides that I would call Biblical: the children of light and the children of darkness. The children of light constitute the most conspicuous part of humanity, while the children of darkness represent an absolute minority. And yet the former are the object of a sort of discrimination which places them in a situation of moral inferiority with respect to their adversaries, who often hold strategic positions in government, in politics, in the economy and in the media. In an apparently inexplicable way, the good are held hostage by the wicked and by those who help them either out of self-interest or fearfulness.

 

These two sides, which have a Biblical nature, follow the clear separation between the offspring of the Woman and the offspring of the Serpent. On the one hand, there are those who, although they have a thousand defects and weaknesses, are motivated by the desire to do good, to be honest, to raise a family, to engage in work, to give prosperity to their homeland, to help the needy, and, in obedience to the Law of God, to merit the Kingdom of Heaven. On the other hand, there are those who serve themselves, who do not hold any moral principles, who want to demolish the family and the nation, exploit workers to make themselves unduly wealthy, foment internal divisions and wars, and accumulate power and money: for them the fallacious illusion of temporal well-being will one day – if they do not repent – yield to the terrible fate that awaits them, far from God, in eternal damnation.

 

We will also discover that the riots in these days were provoked by those who, seeing that the virus is inevitably fading and that the social alarm of the pandemic is waning, necessarily have had to provoke civil disturbances, because they would be followed by repression which, although legitimate, could be condemned as an unjustified aggression against the population. The same thing is also happening in Europe, in perfect synchrony. It is quite clear that the use of street protests is instrumental to the purposes of those who would like to see someone elected in the upcoming presidential elections who embodies the goals of the deep state and who expresses those goals faithfully and with conviction. It will not be surprising if, in a few months, we learn once again that hidden behind these acts of vandalism and violence there are those who hope to profit from the dissolution of the social order so as to build a world without freedom: Solve et Coagula, as the Masonic adage teaches.

 

Although it may seem disconcerting, the opposing alignments I have described are also found in religious circles. There are faithful Shepherds who care for the flock of Christ, but there are also mercenary infidels who seek to scatter the flock and hand the sheep over to be devoured by ravenous wolves. It is not surprising that these mercenaries are allies of the children of darkness and hate the children of light: just as there is a deep state, there is also a deep church that betrays its duties and forswears its proper commitments before God. Thus the Invisible Enemy, whom good rulers fight against in public affairs, is also fought against by good shepherds in the ecclesiastical sphere. It is a spiritual battle, which I spoke about in my recent Appeal which was published on May 8.In society, Mr. President, these two opposing realities co-exist as eternal enemies, just as God and Satan are eternal enemies. And it appears that the children of darkness – whom we may easily identify with the deep state which you wisely oppose and which is fiercely waging war against you in these days – have decided to show their cards, so to speak, by now revealing their plans. They seem to be so certain of already having everything under control that they have laid aside that circumspection that until now had at least partially concealed their true intentions. The investigations already under way will reveal the true responsibility of those who managed the COVID emergency not only in the area of health care but also in politics, the economy, and the media. We will probably find that in this colossal operation of social engineering there are people who have decided the fate of humanity, arrogating to themselves the right to act against the will of citizens and their representatives in the governments of nations.

For the first time, the United States has in you a President who courageously defends the right to life, who is not ashamed to denounce the persecution of Christians throughout the world, who speaks of Jesus Christ and the right of citizens to freedom of worship. Your participation in the March for Life, and more recently your proclamation of the month of April as National Child Abuse Prevention Month, are actions that confirm which side you wish to fight on. And I dare to believe that both of us are on the same side in this battle, albeit with different weapons.

 

For this reason, I believe that the attack to which you were subjected after your visit to the National Shrine of Saint John Paul II is part of the orchestrated media narrative which seeks not to fight racism and bring social order, but to aggravate dispositions; not to bring justice, but to legitimize violence and crime; not to serve the truth, but to favor one political faction. And it is disconcerting that there are Bishops – such as those whom I recently denounced – who, by their words, prove that they are aligned on the opposing side. They are subservient to the deep state, to globalism, to aligned thought, to the New World Order which they invoke ever more frequently in the name of a universal brotherhood which has nothing Christian about it, but which evokes the Masonic ideals of those who want to dominate the world by driving God out of the courts, out of schools, out of families, and perhaps even out of churches.

 

The American people are mature and have now understood how much the mainstream media does not want to spread the truth but seeks to silence and distort it, spreading the lie that is useful for the purposes of their masters. However, it is important that the good – who are the majority – wake up from their sluggishness and do not accept being deceived by a minority of dishonest people with unavowable purposes. It is necessary that the good, the children of light, come together and make their voices heard. What more effective way is there to do this, Mr. President, than by prayer, asking the Lord to protect you, the United States, and all of humanity from this enormous attack of the Enemy? Before the power of prayer, the deceptions of the children of darkness will collapse, their plots will be revealed, their betrayal will be shown, their frightening power will end in nothing, brought to light and exposed for what it is: an infernal deception.

 

Mr. President, my prayer is constantly turned to the beloved American nation, where I had the privilege and honor of being sent by Pope Benedict XVI as Apostolic Nuncio. In this dramatic and decisive hour for all of humanity, I am praying for you and also for all those who are at your side in the government of the United States. I trust that the American people are united with me and you in prayer to Almighty God.

 

United against the Invisible Enemy of all humanity, I bless you and the First Lady, the beloved American nation, and all men and women of good will.

Hedge fund Elliott Management shifts to elephant hunting as fund size balloons

 

Until fairly recently, activist hedge fund Elliott Management's core technology investing strategy was pretty straightforward: Target a smallish company known for selling software to businesses, agitate for a sale sometimes by offering to buy the company and profit when a buyer came along. Some of the targets were well-known within particular tech sector niches, like BMC, Novell and Informatica, but none were giants or household names.

 

Elliott, founded by billionaire Paul Singer, notched sale after sale, reaping gains from the associated premiums on the acquisitions.

 

Its track record gave Singer a reputation among CEOs and board members as the world's most feared investor. Former AthenaHealth CEO Jonathan Bush, whose company was targeted by Elliott in 2017, described doing research on Elliott as 'Googling this thing on your arm and it says, 'You're going to die.'" The New Yorker called Singer a "Doomsday Investor," highlighting a series of unflattering tactics taken by one of Singer's top lieutenants, Jesse Cohn, to oust Bush from his role.

 

But in the past few years, a gradual but noticeable transformation has taken place at Elliott: The technology targets have gotten bigger. In 2019, Elliott bought stakes in eBay ($34 billion market capitalization), SAP ($159 billion) and AT&T ($217 billion market cap). This year, Elliott has already ($26 billion market cap) and SoftBank ($93 billion).

 

The change was driven at least in part by Elliott's growth. The fund's assets under management this year are about $42 billion – doubling from 2012, including a $5 billion raise in 24 hours in 2017. The smaller transactions no longer move the needle like they once did.

 

Finding suitable software targets has also become more difficult as multiples have expanded, companies have consolidated, and management has become more sophisticated. Elliott continues to look at some midsize enterprise software companies, including Instructure, which sold to private equity firm Thoma Bravo in a deal that closed last month for about $2 billion, according to people familiar with the matter. But the firm hasn't acted, believing targets to be fully valued.

 

The bigger targets have required the firm to adjust its tactics. Elliott has had to be more collaborative, working with companies that have no obvious buyers given their size.

 

Cohn, who has led most of Elliott's technology transactions, now sits on the boards of both eBay and Twitter. Rather than agitating for public change, he has worked in tandem with management at both companies – a tactic used by activist fund ValueAct, which earned a reputation as being "friendly" after taking a stake at Microsoft in 2013, months before CEO Steve Ballmer stepped down. (ValueAct and Microsoft both denied that the firm played a part in ousting Ballmer, but the firm's investment is credited with drawing new attention to the company's stagnant stock price and strategic missteps under Ballmer's tenure.)

It is also instructive to know that until recently, the CDC did not recommend wearing a face mask or covering of any kind, unless a person was known to be infected, that is, until recently. Non-infected people need not wear a mask. When a person has TB we have them wear a mask, not the entire community of non-infected. The recommendations by the CDC and the WHO are not based on any studies of this virus and have never been used to contain any other virus pandemic or epidemic in history.

 

Now that we have established that there is no scientific evidence necessitating the wearing of a face mask for prevention, are there dangers to wearing a face mask, especially for long periods? Several studies have indeed found significant problems with wearing such a mask. This can vary from headaches, to increased airway resistance, carbon dioxide accumulation, to hypoxia, all the way to serious life-threatening complications.

 

Dr. Blaylock goes on to note that the masks give people headaches. Anyone who has worn one for any period of time can attest this is true.

After more than five months of the coronavirus and discussions about whether a mask helps or hurts we are still at square one. There is no evidence it prevents the virus from spreading to healthy people but the mask is unhealthy because it reduces the flow of oxygen to the brain.

I was once told if we’re not careful, 2 percent of the passionate will control 98 percent of the indifferent 100 percent of the time.

 

The more I’ve thought about this phrase, the more I believe it. There is now a small group of passionate people working hard to destroy our American way of life. Treason and treachery are rampant and our rule of law and those law enforcement professionals who uphold our laws are under the gun more than at any time in our nation’s history. These passionate 2 percent appear to be winning.

 

Despite there being countless good people trying to come to grips with everything else on their plates, our silent majority (the indifferent) can no longer be silent.

 

If the United States wants to survive the onslaught of socialism, if we are to continue to enjoy self-government and the liberty of our hard-fought freedoms, we have to understand there are two opposing forces: One is the “children of light” and the other is the “children of darkness.”

 

As I recently wrote, the art and exercise of self-governance require active participation by every American. I wasn’t kidding! And voting is only part of that active participation. Time and again, the silent majority have been overwhelmed by the “audacity and resolve” of small, well-organized, passionate groups. It’s now time for us, the silent majority (the indifferent), to demonstrate both.

 

The trials of our current times, like warfare, are immense and consequences severe and these seem inconquerable.

 

As a policewoman from Virginia told me, “People don’t feel safe in their homes and our police force is so demoralized we cannot function as we should. In my 23 years with my department, I have never seen morale so low.”

 

Another woman from Mississippi told me that we need our leaders to “drop a forceful hammer. People are losing patience. It simply must be stopped! Laws MUST be enforced … no one is above the law.”

 

Don’t fret. Through smart, positive actions of resolute citizen-patriots, we can prevail. Always keep in mind that our enemy (these dark forces) invariably have difficulties of which we are ignorant.

"A strain of swine flu that scientists fear has the potential to become a pandemic in humans has been identified in China.

 

According to a report from the BBC, researchers are concerned the flu could mutate and easily spread from person to person. Right now, it’s carried by pigs but could infect humans, according to scientists.

 

Experts say this strain has “all the hallmarks” of adapting to impact the human population. With it being a newer virus, people would likely have little to no immunity.

 

“We just do not know a pandemic is going to occur until the damn thing occurs,” Robert Webster, an influenza investigator, told Science Magazine. “Will this one do it? God knows.”

 

Scientists say G4 EA H1N1, which is the name of the new virus, could grow and multiply in human airways. They say the current flu vaccines don’t appear to protect against it, according to the BBC report.

 

“Right now, we are distracted with coronavirus and rightly so. But we must not lose sight of potentially dangerous new viruses,” said Prof Kin-Chow Chang of Nottingham University in the UK in an interview with the BBC.

 

Scientists wrote in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences that it’s important to control the virus in pigs and monitor people who work with the animals.

 

“From the data presented, it appears that this is a swine influenza virus that is poised to emerge in humans,” said Edward Holmes of University of Sydney, according to Science Magazine. “Clearly this situation needs to be monitored very closely.”

 

The last major flu outbreak was the swine flu of 2009. That outbreak turned out to be less deadly than originally feared because many people had immunity to it, according to the BBC.

Scientists wrote this new strain is similar to the 2009 version of the flu — but with just enough changes to make it problematic."

Isaiah 61

1The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

2To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

3To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.

4And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.

5And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.

6But ye shall be named the Priests of the Lord: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.

7For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.

8For I the Lord love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.

9And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the Lord hath blessed.

10I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.

11For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
