I have problems with my breathing for possibly a year or more.

It doesn't go away. I got 2 inhalers, they help for the moment but it comes back.

I'm drinking tons. I'm eating almost nothing, and the stuff that I do eat is organic food directly from farmers.

No idea what to do.

I also have Ulcerative Colitis for around 15 years now, maybe it's that medication that is fucking my breathing up.

COPD is fear porn.

When they give you steroids that basically means "we have no clue wtf we are doing or wtf you have, here take this shotgun".

I never smoked in my life.

Yeah, I had such a bad flare up around 10 years ago. They almost killed me.

I got into an experimental drug study that used a harmless fat to restore part of the barrier of the mucosa in the colon. That finally helped.

And the doctors back then told me that i should forget that study medicine because it would never help.

That stuff is still not approved or sold as official medicine.

Last thing I heard was that Nestle bought the patent.

5 years later I had another, that time I got the info from the same hospital that did those fat studies to keep a strict diet plus changed the medicine and that finally stopped everything.

I took steroids for maybe 10 years because they took that study fat away from me, I'm finally off that steroid crap now.

Thanks, fren.

Will try doing all of that, maybe it will help by breathing in the end. I wanted to drop the rest of the school medicine stuff, but that doesn't work out yet.

There are situations when steroids for a very short time can be helpful, for example blood poisoning.

But MDs nowadays give it out like candy for all sorts of diseases to "fix" symptoms temporarily.

You always need to fix the cause of diseases as well.

It's like giving steroids to combat blood poisoning (to stop the immune system from going haywire), but not doing anything else at all.
