The rule was issued in July 2019 and sought to slow the flow of illegal immigration by ending U.S.-Mexico border crossers’ ability to asylum shop — that is, pick and choose where they would like to seek asylum rather than seeking asylum in the first safe country they travel to.

Mexico, DHS officials have noted, has a robust asylum process.

The rule was not unprecedented and, in fact, common. For example, the U.S. has the same agreement with Canada to ensure migrants do not pass through the country solely to seek asylum in America. Instead, those migrants must first seek asylum in Canada, which likewise has a robust asylum process.

Overturning of the rule, known as a “Third Safe Country Agreement,” will likely have little impact at the moment — primarily because a public health order is currently allowing Border Patrol to deport border crossers at a record pace — but it could eventually lead to record levels of illegal immigration.

The lawsuit was originally filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The case number is 19-2117.

I would note that Judge Kelly didn't rule against the asylum first country policy because he thought the policy was wrong in some sense, but because of the technical issue of not allowing sufficient time for public comment before implementation.

I found that there is only one such reality.

The only reality in which all the facts presented here can exist together in harmony is one in which Seth Rich leaked the DNC emails and was murdered for it. It is the one in which our federal intelligence and law enforcement apparatuses knowingly covered this fact up by inventing a Russian Collusion narrative that they later used in an attempt to oust Trump from office. (And to continue the cover up and avoid exposure).

HERSCH describing what he knows as a basis because I found it to be the most accurate and complete account of the truth I could find. In this video I settled for presenting 1 verification per claim. I was often able to find 6 or 7 verifications for some of these claims, but if I went over each in the detail they deserved the video would be half a day long. I could literally write a book presenting it all and logically examining what it all tells us, but no one would read it. I am just a guy who loves his country and wants to expose the crimes of those who do not.

For now, I want other researchers to have access to this information so they can better target their research and possibly build upon my work. This is where it all began. Here is a brief text summary of what is in the video

Wikileaks tweeted a video claiming to be a recording taken of Seymour Hersh (old school investigative eporter who has broken a lot of stories exposing the IC).

He explains that he has a high level source with access to the most secret files in the FBI that told him what happened after he looked it up in the FBI file.

He said afte the murder the DC police tried to access Seths laptop but couldn't get in.

He said eventually an FBI cyber unit was able to get access to the laptop.

He said it had emails with wikileaks saying he had downloaded the emails and put them in a password protected drop box.

He said Seth had sent an email to an unknown (to hersh) receipient that said "I have already given this all to a few friends so even if something happens to me it won't help you."

His source said that he sent sample emails to wikileaks and wanted money for more.

He said Brennan knew, Rodgers knew, Clapper knew, they all knew at the top of the IC.

I tried to verify all of these claims and see if any of it could be proven accurate.

1 + 2. This is the lynchpin. Not many people have a source that could do this. Who knows if the source is reliable even if he exists? Also, someone making a fake video pretending to be Hersh wouldn't know if he had this access. So, I knew if I could prove he did have this source, and that the source was at the highest level, reliable, and (most critically) willing to leak classified info to Hersh (which I found very unlikely) it would go a long way in validating the information on the tape, and at least prove it was Hersh on the recording. Well I was able to find video of Hersh being interviewed later about an entirely different case on a Netflix show called wormwood. He admits to having a source that has access to the highest levels of classified files. He asked the source for help and the source comes back with information that solved the case, filled in details that had been unexplained before, and solved a long standing mystery where the IC was lying to cover up murder. This was a big, high profile case where the CIA murdered a guy to prevent him exposing them publically. His source found the truth in a day or two. This was proof Hersh has an extremely high level source who is willing to go digging for him and who is reliable as they come. This was huge, and it made me think this might be the real deal.

2 + 3. Verified (from several sources) that both department's did indeed analysis and posses the laptop at one point which would only happen in the scenario laid out on the tape or if national security was at risk (i.e. not in the botched robbery scenario).

4 + 5. Showed strong evidence that this is how it happened, and that the person who sent the password after Seth's murder was his brother Aaron. I point out that this fact explains a lot of the apparent contradictory evidence i.e why the family claims it is conspiracy and denies it, why wikileaks heavily implies Seth was the source but will not say it or prove it due to wanting to "protect sources." Well, it is because Aaron was also involved (as the guy who has the password as collateral and who finally sent it to WL after his bros murder) and they don't want to burn him.

I also show a lawsuit that claims Assange told a reporter that the sources were Seth and Aaron not Russia.

6 + 7. Show various reasons to believe they knew.

I also show the ex NSA analyst who claimed it was a local data transfer based on the forensics. I found a video of his colleagues at the NSA praising him as the best in the world at examining metadata and hyping him as incredibly qualified.

That's the surface level.

I quit smoking two years ago even though in my experience everyone who quits smoking gets lung cancer later. Sort of a gift, I guess, but I quit smoking cigarettes and now I just do some pot daily. I use my inhaler twice a day.

I got into an experimental drug study that used a harmless fat to restore part of the barrier of the mucosa in the colon. That finally helped.

And the doctors back then told me that i should forget that study medicine because it would never help.

Last thing I heard was that Nestle bought the patent.

5 years later I had another, that time I got the info from the same hospital that did those fat studies to keep a strict diet plus changed the medicine and that finally stopped everything.

Jeffrey Epstein statue mysteriously appears outside City Hall

A statue of financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein popped up outside city hall overnight. And although it wasn’t there long, the pictures online have sparked a lot of questions. KRQE News 13 got a hold of the group behind it to get their explanation.

“We think we need an Epstein statue in every school because otherwise how are students even going to learn they even existed? You know those who don’t remember history are doomed to repeat it, and so if we don’t have statues of Epstein up, how can we prevent predatory behavior,” said an anonymous member of Antlion Entertainment Art Collective.

The group says although people like Jeffrey Epstein are known for doing horrible things and committing crimes, “a statue is just a statue.” I was also a satirical political statement against all the statues and monuments that have been torn down all over the country recently.

“You know, so many statues are being taken down but you know, people are saying that they’re bad people, so you know maybe we just need more statues of people like Epstein because that’s historical too, so we maybe need statues of people like Epstein, maybe school’s can even have statue parks with people like Hitler, and Mao and Lenin just so that we can really you know, remember history,” said the anonymous member.

Epstein was accused of sexually assaulting dozens of young women and girls over many years, some during the time he lived at his Zorro Ranch in Stanley, New Mexico. People said they didn’t think it was appropriate.

“I don’t condone it but it’s people’s right, as American’s to express their feelings, but it’s only to a certain extent,” said Adrian Toledo of Albuquerque.

Mayor Tim Keller was also asked about it at a press conference Wednesday. “I personally actually didn’t see it. Somebody mentioned it, I was like that doesn’t make any sense. so that’s where I’m at right now,” said Mayor Keller.

The Antlion Entertainment Art Collection says they have chapters across the country and are an international group. They say they’ve made and put up statues elsewhere of other famous historic figures.

A spokesperson for the city’s Department of Municipal Development says it was not actually a statue but rather a mannequin painted gold. They went on to say it was removed early Wednesday morning as it was placed there without the city’s knowledge or permission. The mannequin will eventually be destroyed.

Blowout: The U.S. Economy Added 4.8 Million Jobs in June, Unemployment Fell to 11.1%

The U.S. economy added 4.8 million jobs in June and the unemployment rate fell to 11.1 percent, both better than expected.

The increase in the ranks of employed workers shows that companies ramped up hiring as the economy reopened and consumers came back to stores, restaurants, and other businesses that had been shuttered in March and April.

Job growth was strong in restaurants and bars, reflecting the reopening of those establishments across the country, which added 1.5 million jobs, the Labor Department said Thursday. But employment remains 3.1 million below February’s level, the month before the pandemic hit the U.S. economy.

Retail stores added 740,000. There were big gains in clothing stores, furniture stores, department stores, and auto dealerships. Despite the gains, total employment is around 1.5 million below February’s level.

Manufacturing employment rose by 356,000 but is down by 757,000 since February. June employment increases were concentrated in the durable goods component, with the auto sector adding 196,000 jobs, accounting for over half of the job gain in manufacturing. Construction employment increased by 158,000 in June, following a gain of 453,000 in May.

Despite the increase in the number of employed workers, there are still tens of millions fewer Americans working today than February. Compared with a year ago, there are 12.957 million fewer jobs in the U.S. And a separate report on Thursday showed that over 1.427 million Americans were laid off last week, the fifteenth week in a row of one million-plus new claims for unemployment benefits but the thirteenth week in a row of declining claims.

The previous week’s level of jobless claims was revised up by 2,000 from 1,480,000 to 1,482,000.

Economists had been expecting around 3 million new jobs, although the range of estimates was unusually wide due to the unprecedented nature of the shutdown and reopening. A report on private payrolls from ADP and Moody’s Analytics on Wednesday estimated that businesses increased their workforces by 2.37 million in June. The estimate for May, which initially showed a loss of 2.76 million jobs, was revised to show a gain of 3 million.

The government’s nonfarm payroll data, which covers both private and public sector workers, showed the economy gaining 2.5 million jobs in May, far more than expected and indicating an accelerated pace of the recovery.

The labor force participation rate increased by 0.7 percentage points in June to 61.5 percent, but is 1.9 percentage points below its February level. Total employment, as measured by the household survey, rose by 4.9 million to 142.2 million in June. The employment-population ratio, at 54.6 percent, rose by 1.8 percentage points over the month but is 6.5 percentage points lower than in February.

LOS ANGELES, California — Mayor Eric Garcetti told a press briefing on Wednesday afternoon that the recent Black Lives Matter protests in the Los Angeles area were, in fact, partly responsible for a recent spike in coronavirus cases.

“Some of the spread did come from our protests,” Garcetti admitted, in response to a question from Breitbart News.

Garcetti had enthusiastically supported the protests and participated in them at close quarters, even removing his mask at one point to address a crowd. However, he had also warned demonstrators about the risk of COVID-19 at the protests.

Those warnings appear to have been correct, as cases have spiked within the Los Angeles area in recent days, prompting a return to closures for some businesses and for public beaches over the upcoming Fourth of July holiday weekend.

Another journalist followed up to ask Garcetti if he knew precisely how may coronavirus cases had been traced to the protests. He said that he did not have an answer at hand, but that public health officials felt “more certitude than just a couple days ago” that the protests had been responsible for some of the spike.

With that said, Garcetti insisted that people still had the right to protest. “I want to see march for racial justice continue,” he said. “I don’t want to let up, I don’t want to see us just disappear.”

However, he added, that people who participated in protests should remain “socially distant,” bringing masks and hand sanitizer, and maintaining additional separation from people who are shouting and chanting.

This piece has nothing to do with what most people assume the BLM movement stands for, and shows a little of where the group came from, as well as how all donations are actually being used to influence US elections in support of the Democrat party.

I am presuming that most supporters of the movement believe in their right to protest and non-violent action, and that the movement is actually about Black Lives. Although the majority of the protesters at the larger events have been peaceful, the ongoing riots and violence in part are something different.

The roots of the founders of the group are in the extreme left movements, the Black Panthers, and marxist-lenin ideologies (they have stated they are trained marxists, and that they model themselves on and have received training from violent activists with a background in militant groups). They are also influenced by Saul Alinsky, and aim to bring about radical reform of American society by stoking antagonisms based on “race, class and gender.”

BLM is essentially a project of the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), and is closely allied with numerous groups that are fronts for the FRSO, it's founders having all been directors of at least one of it's front organisations before coming together to form BLM, which is simply being used to do the dirty work of it's parent's agenda - a Marxist-Leninist entity that calls for the overthrow of capitalism.

BLMF, an organisation that “provides grants, movement building resources, and technical assistance" to these movements states that it was born out of the Ford, Borealis, Kellogg and Soros (OSF) foundations, it rose £100m to fund M4BL, within which BLM is a key player.

Maritime Human Smuggling Bust near California Yields 15 Arrests

San Diego Sector Border Patrol agents disrupted a maritime human smuggling event over the past weekend leading to the arrest of 15 people. An extensive investigation led to the arrest of the migrants and their smugglers who initially managed to avoid apprehension after beaching a boat on the coast north of San Diego, California.

A manhunt began on Friday afternoon after witnesses reported a 20 to 25-foot pleasure craft coming ashore near Beacon’s State Beach in Encinitas, California. Witnesses told responding Border Patrol agents that about 11 people jumped out of the boat and ran along the beach. Two more climbed the nearby cliffs, according to information obtained by San Diego Sector Border Patrol officials.

An immediate search of the area ended with no positive results. However, the agents did find 13 lifejackets and multiple fuel containers inside the boat.

A team of Border Patrol agents trained to investigate maritime smuggling incidents took over the search and began following leads. A combination of witnesses and intelligence sources led the agents to make arrests later that evening, officials reported. By the end of the night, agents arrested seven smugglers and eight illegal immigrants. The agents identified the migrants as a 27-year-old female and seven men between the agents of 22 and 39. Agents reported all eight as Mexican nationals.

Officials identified the alleged human smugglers as four U.S. citizens and three Mexican nationals. All seven face federal felony charges related to alien smuggling (8 USC 1324).

All eight of the migrants being smuggled were medically screened and received a biometric background investigation. Once cleared, the agents expelled the eight illegal aliens under Title 42 Coronavirus protection protocols put in place by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Border Patrol officials seized four “getaway” vehicles used in the failed human smuggling attempt. U.S. Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Operations agents seized the boat.

“I am proud of the hard work and diligence the agents displayed in this case,” San Diego Sector Chief Patrol Agent Aaron Heitke said in a written statement. “Our agents dismantled an entire smuggling ring through the use of targeted intelligence. The message is clear, those who engage in alien smuggling will be discovered, arrested, and prosecuted.”

Fresno State alumni, however, are fighting back against the push to remove the Gandhi statue. A petition, entitled “Keep the Gandhi statue at Fresno State,” was created last week to counter the movement for its removal.

“Please join me in urging the administration, faculty, staff and students of Fresno State to preserve the history that has been created and as of this moment still stands in the Peace Garden,” the petition reads.

In a statement, Fresno State University President Joseph Castro announced that the university will retain the statue. However, Castro praised the students that have brought attention to the issue.

We applaud those who call for a clear-eyed look at history and the individuals who shaped it. We also urge everyone to consider carefully the overall significance of each individual’s lasting contribution to a just and fair society. On that basis, we believe those we honor in the Fresno State Peace Garden occupy an important place in history and should continue to guide us in promoting courage, social justice and tireless efforts to make the world a better place.

Breitbart News reported in June that students at the University of Missouri had demanded the removal of a statue of Thomas Jefferson. The students argued that it was unacceptable to keep the statue on campus because Jefferson owned slaves.
