Look on last page of the dough at top of each new bread (see below what section I mean on that page).
Got to the Twitter Video Downloader http://twittervideodownloader.com/.
From the twitter page of the video you want; Click play and then right click the video. Copy the link given.
Paste that link into the box on the downloader site.
Scroll down a little and you'll see several versions you can load. I usually take the 640 X 360 or smaller, as larger versions usually won't upload here.

Once you do that, the video that pops up on another page, look in the lower right corner for 3 horizontal dots (pic related).
Now you have a copy on your pc.
Click Select/drop.paste files here from the Quick Reply box on the bread you're in. (pic related)
Select the file from the box showing your libraries. Hit Ok and then hit New Reply.
