correct anon but States have been passing laws to obfuscate that. Some have already passed laws that say their EC votes go to NP vote. The law goes into effect as soon as enough states ( add up to 270 ) join.

This bread notables has the state by state vote I posted for these laws

>>9874346 I don't understand what you are trying to say. 32 States have current laws that say the electors must vote in accordance with state popular vote. 18 states do not have any such law.

Taking the new SC ruling, the electors have to follow state law. Some States have new laws that if enough states pass NP vote laws their own laws kicks in. so far 196 electoral votes are linked to this and would go for NP winner if states equaling 74 MORE votes pass the law

I didn't fuck up. There is no case filed against the States who are passing laws to grant EC votes to NP winner. Nothing will be done about it if a total about of 270 is reached before election. Those laws go into effect.

The SC ruling only addressed states with laws on the books and did not address states without them. states without the ( 18 ) are not bound by this ruling therefore their EC voters can vote as they choose

indoctrination is much harder to accomplish if they don't have them in person. This confuses me why they would give up that control
