Louisiana Company Charged With Conspiracy To Defraud The Government And Violate The Procurement Integrity Act

 

United States Attorney Peter G. Strasser and Makan Delrahim, Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, announced that CAJAN WELDING & RENTALS, LTD., a company located in Opelousas, Louisiana, was charged on July 2, 2020 in a one-count bill of information with conspiracy to defraud the United States and to violate the Procurement Integrity Act, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371.

 

According to the bill of information, CAJAN WELDING & RENTALS, LTD. conspired with unnamed co-conspirators to defraud the United States by corrupting and impairing the government procurement process, and by obtaining non-public pricing and cost information in order to obtain subcontract awards and payments from the U.S. Department of Energy in connection with its operation of the nation’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

The publication also pointed out that her line of vegan shoes has been described as being "made from the finest vegan leather," and will be priced in the $60 range. Moreover, her home goods collection will include traditional Welsh love spoons—something the actress reportedly enjoys giving out as a gift.

 

"Everything I have designed has truly been a passion project," Catherine said of her new collection, according to Daily Mail. "I wanted to take this passion a step further and create a brand that's beautiful and luxurious, while still being attainable."

 

At this time, the actress has yet to share any details of her lifestyle brand.

 

This isn't the 50-year-old star's first foray into home décor, fashion and more. Catherine has released pajama sets, towels, blankets, candles and so many other items under the Casa Zeta-Jones name.

 

Her line has been sold on QVC, and it's unclear if her new collection of items will also be sold on the shopping network.

 

Back in 2018, Michael Douglas praised his wife over her acting career and lifestyle venture.

 

"She's branching out in a couple other areas. She's got a whole branding line of Casa Zeta-Jones and she's on QVC and she's an entrepreneur and I totally support her," the actor told E! News' Will Marfuggi at the time. "The acting roles, particularly for ladies at a certain age, become much more difficult. States can require Electoral College voters to back the victor of their state’s popular vote, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously on Monday, in a major dispute that could have an impact on November’s presidential contest.

Two cases were brought by Electoral College voters in Washington state and Colorado who refused to back Democrat Hillary Clinton in 2016, despite her wins in those states.

Like most states, Washington and Colorado have laws that require electors to vote for their pledged candidate. The electors argued that the enforcement of those laws was unconstitutional.

 

States can require Electoral College voters to back the victor of their state’s popular vote, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously on Monday, in a major dispute that could have an impact on November’s presidential contest.

 

Justice Elena Kagan, who authored the opinion of the court, wrote that “nothing in the Constitution expressly prohibits States from taking away presidential electors’ voting discretion.”

 

Kagan wrote that the Constitution gives states “broad power over electors” and “electors themselves no rights.”

 

“Early in our history, States decided to tie electors to the presidential choices of others, whether legislatures or citizens. Except that legislatures no longer play a role, that practice has continued for more than 200 years,” Kagan wrote.

 

Two cases were brought by Electoral College voters in Washington state and Colorado who refused to back Democrat Hillary Clinton in 2016, despite her wins in those states. In both cases, the Democratic electors were mounting last-ditch efforts to prevent President Donald Trump from taking office after it was apparent that he had won enough votes to carry the election.

 

Under the complex rules that govern American elections, it is the vote of the Electoral College that ultimately determines the winner of the presidency.

 

Virtually every state — besides Maine and Nebraska — allocates all of its Electoral College representation to electors who have committed to vote for the winner of the state popular vote. And most states, including Washington and Colorado, have laws that require electors to vote for their pledged candidate. The electors argued that the enforcement of those laws was unconstitutional.

 

Micheal Baca, the Colorado elector, was replaced before he could cast his vote for former Ohio Gov. John Kasich. Three Washington electors were hit with $1,000 fines after voting for former Secretary of State Colin Powell.

 

Lower courts divided on the issue, with courts in Colorado and Washington ultimately coming down on opposite sides. The federal appeals court in Colorado sided with Baca, while the Washington Supreme Court sided with the state and upheld the fines.

 

The Supreme Court’s action on Monday affirmed the Washington court’s decision and reversed the Colorado decision. Justice Sonia Sotomayor recused herself from the Colorado case.

 

While “faithless electors” have never affected the outcome of a presidential race, such an outcome was plausible in a future contest, attorneys for the electors told the justices. Larry Lessig, an attorney for the Washington electors, said in court papers that a swing of just 10 electors would have been enough to alter the results of five previous presidential races.

 

For that reason, the lawyers asked the top court to resolve the matter ahead of the November election between Trump and presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden, the former vice president.

 

Lessig, in a statement released after the opinion was announced, said that “regardless of the outcome, it was critical to resolve this question before it created a constitutional crisis.”

 

“We have achieved that. Obviously, we don’t believe the Court has interpreted the constitution correctly. But we are happy that we have achieved our primary objective — this uncertainty has been removed. That is progress,” Lessig said.

 

Jason Harrow, who represented Baca, said that while “we don’t think the Supreme Court correctly interpreted the Constitution, at least we know whether laws that bind electors can be enforced in the upcoming election.”

 

Representatives for Washington and Colorado did not immediately return requests for comment.

 

The Washington case is Chiafalo v. Washington, No. 19-465. The Colorado case is Colorado Department of State v. Baca, No. 19-518.

Ellen Pao posted, and has now deleted, a tweet stating “We knew about her supplying underage girls for sex…” A follow up tweet moments later added clarification that she meant she “suspected” and not that she “knew.”

 

Ellen Pao was the CEO of Reddit for a short period in 2015. She was eventually forced out of the position after users of the site began to revolt against her leadership. Many subreddits were banned, the site’s warranty-canary was removed, and rampant censorship started to take over.

 

A tweet like this displays knowledge of terrible crimes against children. Not reporting crimes like this is a crime in itself. Ellen Pao could possible be fingered as an acting accomplice. Having knowledge of such terrible crimes and failing to report them amounts to protection.

 

Her career preceding tenure at Reddit was just as sordid. She worked at various radical left wing legal firms specializing in social suits. She helped the firm Kleiner Perkins expand into China. Later she filed a gender discrimination suit against Kleiner Perkins claiming sexual harrassment and discrimination.

 

Reddit has faced scrutiny this week after banning the largest Trump supporting subreddit, known as The_Donald. The site also took $150 in investment money from Chinese firm tencent. Investments such as this bring the moderation of the site into question, leading some to ask if there might be foreign adversarial bias at play.

Eight feared killed after two planes collide over Idaho lake

 

Two people died in a plane crash Sunday over Lake Coeur d’Alene in Idaho, and as many as six other people may be missing, the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed.

 

Two planes collided with each other and then crashed into Coeur d’Alene Lake around 2:20 p.m. local time (4:20 p.m. E.T.), according to a release from the sheriff’s office.

 

Both planes have been located and are in 127 feet of water, it added.

 

Lt. Ryan Higgins with the sheriff’s office confirmed two bodies had been recovered from the planes. The victims have not been identified.

 

e said initial reports suggest there were a total of eight passengers and crew on the two planes, but that is still being verified.

 

Investigators do not believe there are any survivors in the crash, and have not established the cause of the collision.

 

Witness Carissa Lehmkuhl was in a boat with friends as the crash unfolded and debris rained on the lake.

 

"I looked at two of my girlfriends sitting across from me, they both screamed and had terrified faces, and were pointing at something at the water," Lehmkuhl told NBC News on Monday.

 

"So I look over, and it was right after the first two planes hit, and I saw the debris raining down, and I didn’t register what happened. It was a mass of debris raining down and an explosion."

 

Lehmkuhl said her boat raced toward the wreckage and got there in about 20 seconds.

 

"We immediately drove right over, and our first thought was to help, but you could smell the fuel vividly, and with all the wreckage everywhere, we were concerned for our safety," she said. "I wasn’t sure if it was dangerous, it was just kind of eerie and scary."

 

John Cowles told the Spokane Spokesman-Review that he was on the lake with his family at the time of the crash. Cowles said he saw what appeared to be an “engine explosion” on a seaplane flying no more than 200 feet overhead. One of the plane’s wings then separated, and the plane fell into the water, he said.

 

Another witness, Patrick Pearce, told the newspaper that he saw two single-engine planes coming towards each other, 800 to 900 feet above the water. Pearce, a pilot himself, said he recognized by the engine sounds that both planes were traveling at a fairly high rate of speed.

 

The planes collided before crashing into the lake, Pearce said.

 

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which will be investigating the incident along with the National Transportation Safety Board, said one of the aircraft involved was a Cessna 206. They don't yet know the make and model of the other aircraft.

Knowledge is power. Knowledge is money. Also playing on the inside meant you can control who escapes and who is caught. Playing on the inside means you can make it impossible for someone to be found.

 

Two of the daughters focused on playing on the inside. What did they accomplish? A backdoor into the computers of various intelligence and border control agencies in countries throughout the world. How did they accomplish this? They designed the system. They built it. They sold it to one country at a time. One of the things the software is used for is border controls. If you have the ability to pretend someone is in a county or show them never entering or leaving a country, you can hide someone really well. It could also make it really easy to hide a family member. It is not a fail safe system for hiding someone, but it takes away one of the biggest tools governments have for finding someone who is trying to disappear.

 

Fast forward to the present day to the biggest blackmailing operation in the history of the world. A blackmailing operation that involves multiple state actors and one of the biggest accounting frauds since Enron. The accounting fraud was only possible because regulators in several countries were being pressured by other state actors. All of these directions lead to Asia. One of the state actors handled the banking and fraud aspect. They had a trial run last year with their successful hacking of international banks. That country does not have the wherewithal or ability to take on a large scale blackmail operation. You need someone larger for that. A very large country who also happens to be the sponsor/lifeline for the other company.

 

You have a missing executive of a company that processed thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of transactions for child porn. The executive has all of the information of who produced it, distributed it, and consumed it through these financial transactions. Meanwhile, why not steal some money while they were at it and cover that up too.

 

Now, what about the sisters I wrote about earlier? The ability to manipulate where someone went and where someone is going. The executive supposedly flew into a Southeast Asian country, at least according to the immigration arrival records in the country's computer system. However, he is not on any video. No one remembers him on the flight. The next day he supposedly leaves for the country behind all of this, but there were no flights to that country at that time that correspond with the immigration records. It sure makes it a lot easier to hide when you have someone on the inside.

Yes on the state level, states that have provisions (most states) that electors (electoral college voters) MUST cast electoral college vote for winner of the that States popular vote, as it has always been, it basically allows States to eliminate the chance of a faithless elector, and abide by the States rules.

 

In the past faithless electors could vote 'rogue' (for someone other than the states popular vote winner) and the penalty, and remedy by the State varied. It seems in some States once the faithless elector vote was issued, the State was shit out of luck. Now this SC decision would likely halt any faithless elector vote and give States recourse to resubmit a vote in line with its laws. Will prevent a Constitutional crisis of sorts whereby electoral college electors could undermine the State, Soros and DNC could start riots and MSM could support fuggery.

Taking the new SC ruling, the electors have to follow state law. Some States have new laws that if enough states pass NP vote laws their own laws kicks in. so far 196 electoral votes are linked to this and would go for NP winner if states equaling 74 MORE votes pass the law

German prosecutor arrests head of Wirecard's Dubai unit

 

BERLIN/MUNICH (Reuters) - German prosecutors said on Monday they had arrested the head of a Dubai-based subsidiary of Wirecard, widening the circle of suspects in a multi-billion-dollar fraud investigation into the collapse of the payments company.

 

The Munich prosecutor’s office said in a statement it had questioned the chief executive of Cardsystems Middle East FZ-LLC earlier in the day and arrested him on the basis of a warrant.

 

The executive had travelled from Dubai and turned himself in, prosecutors said, without naming him. Unless defendants are publicly known, their identity can be protected under German law to avoid prejudicing legal proceedings.

 

The arrest was made on suspicion of conspiracy to commit fraud, attempted fraud and aiding and abetting other crimes, prosecutors said. Prosecutors fear there was a risk that he would flee or tamper with evidence.

 

Wirecard filed for insolvency last month owing creditors almost $4 billion after disclosing a 1.9 billion euro ($2.1 billion) hole in its accounts that its auditor EY said was the result of a sophisticated global fraud. Investigative journalists, researchers and speculators had long highlighted Wirecard’s reliance on an obscure trio of third-party acquiring partners - one of which was Cardsystems - to generate the bulk of its reported revenue and profit. The latest arrest came after police and public prosecutors raided Wirecard’s headquarters in Munich and four properties in Germany and Austria last Wednesday as they widened their investigation.

 

Prosecutors are treating Wirecard’s Chief Financial Officer Alexander von Knoop and Chief Product Officer Susanne Steidl as suspects, in addition to former Chief Executive Markus Braun and chief operating officer Jan Marsalek. Braun, who was arrested and released after posting 5 million euros bail, remains a suspect. Marsalek’s whereabouts are unknown and his lawyer is declining requests for comment.

I didn't fuck up. There is no case filed against the States who are passing laws to grant EC votes to NP winner. Nothing will be done about it if a total about of 270 is reached before election. Those laws go into effect.

This is not tied to the NPV. This addresses "rogue electors," which tend to be unlikely given that electors are chosen from each party.

 

So the Dems have a slate of electors and the Republicans have a slate of electors. When the state popular vote is tallied, all of the electors from the party candidate that won go to the Electoral College.

 

This ruling simply stipulates that states can attempt to mandate that rogue electors do not cast a vote for anyone other than the state's popular vote winner.

Without going into a bunch of hyper links and jpegs, here's what my take on the Maxwell house purchase looks like 48 hours into my dig:

 

Richard Yospin (Richard Yospin family trust), Jewish Lawyer out of Boston, MA buys 338 E Washington in 2017 (pre-laundering of deed). He's connected somehow to Maxwell or mossad?

 

Jeffery W Roberts (Nutter Law), Jewish Lawyer out of Boston, MA in 2017 sets up 2 shell companies (Limited LLC for purchasing/selling real estate) for:

 

Scott Borgerson (CFR member - automatic link to Soros/Cabal) - Hopley Yeaton LLC

Granite Realty LLC and Granite Reality were set up and the named manager of these entities are Jeffery W Roberts, with the true LLC owner shielded by Roberts.

 

So my working theory is:

 

Scott Borgerson supplied the cash for the Richard Yospin family trust to purchase the home in 2017 as the first step in laundering the deed, then in 2019 the property was re-deeded to Granite Realty LLC (I'm not even sure money changed hands) to further wash the trail of the money used to buy the home in 2017.

 

Maxwell and Borgerson have been linked for 5 years. We already know who the CFR is, so if I was to take a guess? We're looking at the CFR being a mossad front. Also, as I was doing my research I saw MASSIVE numbers of trusts and properties in NH being managed by 'Granite Realty' and they had A LOT of jewish names assigned to them. IMHO NH is being used as a money washing station and it might be EVERY State using real estate to wash the $$. They simply took one of the properties they're washing money through and gave it to Maxwell to hide out in.
