He was always swamp. He is Rick Perry II. Rick Perry was just George Bush II - and so it goes. I saw the tension between Abbott and POTUS at the Texas rally and knew he was a rat. He has to go. His Lt Governor, Dan Patrick, seems a bit more reasonable. But Abbott will never get my vote again
