There is a reason why Q has been drawing our attention to this an other photos. Such photographic evidence is only admissible during a court proceeding/trial if the party moving to enter the photograph into evidence "authenticates" the photo with a live witness who can describe the details of the photo, i.e., when, where, how, who (took the photo or video). Once the 'foundation' of the photo or video is established during the direct examination of the authenticating witness to the court's/judge's satisfaction (usually after objections by the other party challenging the authentication process are overruled), the court/judge allows the photo into evidence as it is "marked" for the record as "Government's Exhibit No. 17 ", for example.
The Government, or "Prosecution" in this criminal case may then use that admitted evidence during its direct examination of any other of its witnesses who were present at the place or event depicted in the photo or video after first establishing for the court and jury via direct examination that they were in fact at that exact location, on the same date and at the same time the photo or video was taken. This witness can then, if able (the AAG will know that he or she can before the witness is "called" up to testify) identify everything depicted in the photo or video, e.g., who each person was, what they were doing in the photograph, what they were wearing, what they were eating, etc., and can also testify about everything they remember happening at the event.
IMO, the entire having sex with children under the age of consent and the procurement of these children across state line's is merely the opening act to get the public's, the World's attention to the arrest of Ghislaine Maxwell.
However, half of Hollywood, all these VIPs and all these politicians who "made the list" aren't panicking about being charged with having sex with a minor. They are panicking over something much worse, something which will shock the Country and the World when it first becomes public in formal legal charges and arrests of those panicking sick and evil souls who frequented Little St. James Island during the parties and events hosted by Jeffrey Epstein. You can be assured that Bill Barr has a number of witnesses ready to testify about the horrors which took place.
But as Q intimated to us, the full extent of the evil can only be disclosed gradually to the American People and the World. For good or for bad, we've all been inoculated with what is about to be disclosed over the course of 30 months plus. Normies are going to need time to wrap their heads around all this. As Bill Barr said, "These things need time".
