Digital Soldiers Conference 2019 was cancelled last year - It may have something to do with General Flynn & the Qanon movement having it cancelled
Digital Soldiers Conference 2020 location & time could be in the secret message after you decode it ( maybe they don't want it cancelled by the left calling for a shut down like they messed with POTUS rally in OK )
