I was watching band of brothers and towards the end of the war, everyone was less than enthusiastic to do a mission that was considered risky, because they wanted to go home and no one wanted to be the last soldier killed in the war.
Now, we are MUCH better off and comfy in our homes during all of this. However, I can relate to the feeling those soldiers had. For the first time, I’m not fully sure my family and I are gonna make it out of all of this. I pray that we all make it to see the fruits of our labor, because the world after all this strife will be magnificent.
