Not as it exists now as that allows anyone to create a ledger with tokens and ICO's and apply it to the chain.
yes unfortunately it is a difficult question to answer.
I don't envy the crew having to separate the piles of derivative bullshit from our savings, retirements, hard assets etc when the time comes.
Can't do straight gold backed bonds either. Been down that road already and that didn't work out for us too well, especially after 2008
