Hey anons, I keep getting weird phone calls from this number 541 254 7638 which I think is a robo call but not sure and the reverse lookups are pretty useless or behind pay walls. A little help?
What I can determine so far is't supposedly out of Brookings but that's about all I know.
Most of the time there is nothing but silence on the other end.
I have gotten a few calls with someone speaking Chinese on the other end but I think that is a different number than this one but I'm not 100% sure.
And the Chinese ones seem to be a robo call.
