ALL institutions working against public policy should be defunded and dealt with using the law.

1- Educations role and rights which fall outside teaching purely academics. Importantly public funded, but also clarifying by type of institution, e.g, religious rights for private schools. (the left will compare lbgtq support/teaching with support for christian doctrine)
2- MAJOR cases about Congress abdicating its powers to make law via rulemaking by sanctioned bodies like FCC, AMA, FDA, CDC, IRS, you name it. Only congress can make laws, they made law allowing these independent/gov partnered groups to effectively make their own rules which have force of law without people voting for them.
DS got congress to give it power to manage our country and make laws without peoples consent, Rockefeller types etal created or controlled the entire economy with these group given power by congress and yet acting independently.
This is why potus has so many problem to unravel they effectively privatized the asset and powers of Government and kept the liabilities public.
