perhaps it violates Americans with Disabilities Act? Not a law fag but had a disabled veteran come into my business the other day without one (I don't enforce it and only put one on if client wants me to) and when I asked what brought him into our shop
as it was his 1st time shopping with us he bitched about a big box store kicking him out and how they are violating ADA.
