FOCUS

Sharpton is a target because something is about to be revealed that will put Sharpton and his ties to BLM into the spotlight, in a negative way.

We want to start pushing Sharpton's connections to BLM by making some memes with questions on them, and perhaps tweeting a meme or two to a conservative reporter, and saying, "Hey, is this meme right?" or something like that.

We want to push it into their consciousness so they start getting curious about the Sharpton-BLM connections, and why it's so hard to get info about who's controlling Sharpton. Get their sharp minds and curiosity engaged, and maybe they will pass it on to others in the news industry too.

This is how we MAKE the news.

WE set the agenda of what is news, not them.

We need to start stepping into this role more intentionally and forcefully.

But be tactful, be subtle, see if we can get it trending.

 

You really will need some good memes first, to send out as probes.

When covid began countries were put on lockdown and Pelosi et al said it was racist and xenophobic. Then the Sec of State came out and said "during this pandemic the US repatriated 50,000 American citizens from foreign countries and we are in the process of flying them home from all over the world."

What if the covid lockdown is cover & concealment to save our kids from human traffickers and capture the perps? And will this end when potus is happy that everyone is safe?

RED BLUFF, Calif. - The sheriff in Tehama County is making masks optional for his deputies while they are out on patrol, despite the state-wide mask mandate issued by Governor Gavin Newsom.

But in a letter sent out to deputies by Sheriff Dave Hencratt, it explains that masks can "jeopardize the physical safety of [it's] his sheriff's deputies."

Hencratt's letter explains that masks impact "verbal and non-verbal language, reduces the sense of smell and taste, restricts breathing and causes anxiety."

 

"So a deputy is wearing a mask and it's hindering his job if like they were in pursuit or something like that, by all means, they should not have to wear it," McMinn said.

 

Another reason for not wearing masks? Masks can fog up when you're wearing glasses, according to the letter written by Hencratt.

 

"If you did it by the Fed OSHA or Cal OSHA standards that would be better protection because there wouldn't be the fogging of the lenses, cause you know how to get them fit right," said Clarence Hemphill, a Tehama County resident who disagrees with the sheriff's mask policy.

 

Deputies can still wear masks if they want to.

 

"I feel that we should wear the masks to protect one another because if we're healthy then we can be carriers of COVID-19," Rutherford said.

"Because then they won't bring it to you or when they forcibly stop us and interact with us," Hemphill said.

 

Deputies must wear masks in the Tehama County Courthouse.

 

Action News Now reached out to the sheriff's office for comment about this story - they refused to talk to us.

 

The letter also points out that the risks of wearing masks "far outweigh the risk of exposure" from the coronavirus.

Portland, OR—Governor Kate Brown today announced her appointees to the Public Safety Training and Standards Task Force. The Task Force will be chaired by the Governor’s Public Safety Policy Advisor, Constantin Severe, and its membership includes a diverse selection of Oregonians with a history of public service. “Bold action on racial justice and criminal justice reform is long overdue,” said Governor Brown. “But words from leaders aren’t enough. We need action. That is why I called lawmakers into a special session to take action on police reform and the People of Color Caucus agenda. This was an important step forward.

 

“I am forming a Public Safety Training and Standards Task Force to complete a full review of law enforcement training, certification, and decertification practices. I would like to thank the Task Force members for stepping up to this call, and I look forward to reviewing the recommendations they put forward.”

 

The Task Force is charged with recommending to the Governor improvements in the training and certification of Oregon law enforcement officers. To complete its charge, members of the Task Force will:

• Review current Oregon statutes and administrative rules on police training and certification.

• Identify gaps in current statute, administrative rules, and policies governing officer training and certification.

• Recommend how to apply best practices, research and data to officer training and certification.

• Provide recommendations on how to best incorporate concepts of racial equity into officer training and certification requirements.

• Provide recommendations on use of force training, including best practices of how to incorporate concepts of officer use of the least amount of necessary force to accomplish a lawful objective and de-escalation during a use of force event.

• Provide recommendations on the composition of the Board on Public Safety Standards and Training and how to include additional public participation and inclusion of communities of color.

Becky Chiao Named Oregon's New Public Records Advocate

July 10, 2020

Portland, OR—Becky Chiao will be Oregon’s new Public Records Advocate, effective August 3. The Public Records Advisory Council interviewed candidates for the position, and nominated a panel of three finalists. The Governor's Office will forward Chiao’s appointment to the Senate for confirmation.

 

As Public Records Advocate, Chiao will provide facilitated dispute resolution services for public records requests and will conduct statewide trainings on the requirements and best practices for processing and responding to public records requests.

 

“Ms. Chiao brings a background rooted in problem-solving, advocacy, and facilitated resolution–all of which are critical to the functions of the Public Records Advocate,” said Governor Brown. “I am pleased she will be taking on this important role. I would like to thank the members of the Public Records Advisory Council for their work in the recruitment and interview process.”

 

Chiao comes to the state from the City of Portland, where she has worked since 2001, first as Deputy Ombudsman and then as a Civil Rights Claims Analyst—a position she has held since 2004. Prior to her work with the City, Ms. Chiao was a staff attorney with the National Immigration Law Center. She received her bachelor’s degree from Reed College in Portland, and her law degree from the City University of New York School of Law in Flushing, New York.

So Masks?

 

I am OSHA 10&30 certified. I don’t really know WHY OSHA hasn’t come forward and stopped the nonsense BUT I want to cover 3 things:

 

  1. N95 masks and masks with exhale ports

 

  1. surgical masks

 

  1. filter or cloth masks

 

SO, upon further inspection, OSHA says some masks are okay in one situation and not okay in certain other situations.

 

If you’re working with fumes and aerosol chemicals and you give your employees the wrong masks and they get sick, you can be sued.

 

• N95 masks: are designed for CONTAMINATED environments. That means when you exhale through N95 the design is that you are exhaling into contamination. The exhale from N95 masks are vented to breath straight out without filtration. They don’t filter the air on the way out. They don’t need to.

 

Conclusion: if you’re in Target and the guy with Covid has a N95 mask, his covid breath is unfiltered being exhaled into Target (because it was designed for already contaminated environments, it’s not filtering your air on the way out).

 

• Surgical Mask: these masks were designed and approved for STERILE environments. The amount of particles and contaminants in the outside and indoor environments where people are CLOGGING these masks very, VERY quickly. The moisture from your breath combined with the clogged mask will render it “useless” IF you come in contact with Covid and your mask traps it, YOU become a walking virus dispenser. Everytime you put your mask on you are breathing the germs from EVERYWHERE you went. They should be changed or thrown out every “20-30 minutes in a non sterile environment.”

 

• Cloth masks: I can’t even believe I’m having to explain this, but here it goes. Today, three people pointed to their masks as they walked by me entering Lowe’s. They said “ya gotta wear your mask BRO” I said very clearly “those masks don’t work bro, in fact they MAKE you sicker” they “pshh’d” me. By now hopefully you all know CLOTH masks do not filter anything. You mean the American flag one my aunt made? Yes. The one with sunflowers that looks so cute? Yes. The bandanna, the cut up t-shirt, the scarf ALL of them offer NO FILTERING whatsoever.

 

As you exhale, you are ridding your lungs of contaminants and carbon dioxide.

It actually RISKS your health, rather than protect it. The moisture caught in these masks can become mildew ridden over night.

Well, I'll say this . . .

I've always liked Sessions and was so excited when he was the first elected official to come out and publicly support Trump during his campaign.

The first 2 tears of Trump's presidency he tweeted numerous times about AG Sessions 'dropping the ball', 'shouldn't have recused', etc. AND at the say time Q says "Trust Sessions'.

Senators Duckworth and Durbin gave $24 million to Illinois company later declared illegal and void

 

According to a 2018 press release from Senator Duckworth, both her and Senator Durbin proudly announced a $24 million federal grant to "Illinois Alluvial Regional Water Company ("IARWC")" who had only been in business for 10 months prior to this announcement.

 

The Illinois Director of the United States Department of Agriculture knew at the time of the grants/loans that this company was in the middle of an ongoing lawsuit attacking its ability to even exist, but the USDA and Senators Duckworth and Durbin went full-steam ahead in granting this company federal funds.

 

Why didn't the Senators bother to check or even ask if this company was properly formed, if it was facing a lawsuit which would render it a void corporation, and why a 10-month old company was worthy of $66 million of federal funding? Did the Illinois Director of the USDA inform them of the lawsuit prior to the grant?

 

IARWC was formed in December of 2017, and less than three months later a lawsuit was filed against IARWC and its Members, attacking the validity of the company, and seeking to prevent the participation of its members in funding of IARWC.

 

On July 7, 2020, the Circuit Court in Macoupin County declared that Carlinville formed this company in violation of law, and declared Illinois Alluvial Regional Water Company a void corporation (read the last 2 paragraphs of the Court Order here). The Judge also made it effective immediately.

 

A void corporation can do nothing because it does not exist.

 

This means, or should mean, that all public funds, from any source, must be returned to the public entity which provided IARWC with funding.

 

The USDA approved grants/loans of up to $66 million dollars in 2018. What is unknown by us is how much of that $66 million has already been spent, and what happens to the spent and remaining funds. We believe all of it should be repaid to the USDA.

The moisture from your breath combined with the clogged mask will render it “useless” if you come in contact with Covid and your mask traps it, you become a walking virus dispenser.

Cloth masks: ALL of them offer NO FILTERING whatsoever. As you exhale, you are ridding your lungs of contaminants and carbon dioxide. Cloth masks trap this carbon dioxide the best. Can anons help me understand what is going on here? I learned of the Euromomo (European morbidity and mortality) web site a while ago. Some European countries have no excess mortality whatsoever, but others have considerable. At first I wondered if it had to do with immigration or age (demographics). Now I wonder if it has to do with medical care system and whether or not vaccines are mandated. We can suspect that if coronavirus were intentionally or accidentally present in vaccine dosages it might sensitize the recipient to have a severe reaction when encountered again. Are the counties with large death spikes different somehow, perhaps in their vaccination schedule?

The FBI leadership kept pushing ahead with the investigation of former Trump adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn even though its agents had been coming back again and again with evidence pointing to his innocence. That’s the picture painted by documents uncovered by a review of the Flynn case ordered in January by Attorney General William Barr.

 

The last discovery, 14 pages of material provided to Flynn’s lawyers on July 7, indicate that the FBI was looking to close the Flynn case in November 2016, but kept investigating on and on for no apparent reason.

 

Flynn, former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency under the Obama administration and former national security adviser to President Donald Trump, pleaded guilty in December 2017 to lying to the FBI. In January, he moved to withdraw the plea and proclaimed his innocence.

 

The Department of Justice (DOJ) dropped the case on May 7, but the presiding district judge, Emmet Sullivan, has refused to accept the dismissal and insisted on further proceedings to inquire about the dismissal.

 

Flynn was originally targeted by the FBI in August 2016 because of alleged ties to Russia and to determine if he was acting as an unregistered surrogate for Moscow. The allegation was mostly based on the fact that Flynn gave a paid interview to the Russian state-sponsored RT television and attended its anniversary gala in Moscow in 2015. He said it was one of many speaking engagements arranged for him by a speakers bureau he contracted.

 

The FBI was “looking to close” Flynn’s case in November 2016 as it “had not seen things to point to initial issue,” according to Jan. 25, 2017, handwritten notes of Tashina Gauhar, then-deputy assistant attorney general in the DOJ’s National Security Division (NSD).

 

Then, in November and December 2016, the FBI recovered Flynn’s calls with Sergey Kislyak, then-Russian ambassador to the United States, Gauhar’s notes say (pdf).

From Chinese expansion in the South China Sea, to Russian aggression in the Ukraine, to Iranian activities across the Middle East, many of the U.S. military’s toughest challenges today are not “war” as we traditionally define it. They aren’t peace either. They lie in a “gray zone,” as many have called these situations, somewhere in between.

 

The United States struggles to meet these challenges. They fall below the threshold for triggering a violent response, which of course is no coincidence. U.S. adversaries intend to operate in this gray space, where they can advance their objectives through coercion and intimidation, changing facts on the ground while exploiting the ambiguity of their actions to avoid triggering an overt U.S. military response.

 

One of the challenges of competing in gray zones is that the U.S. military is sub-optimized – conceptually and organizationally – to do so short of conflict. The Pentagon’s dominant paradigm for allocating resources and granting authorities centers around operation plans (OPLANS), which generally address major conflict. To counter gray-zone tactics, combatant commanders need the right authorities, resources, and plans. But the fact that these may not lead to major combat operations actually throws a wrench in the way that Pentagon plans. If counter-gray zone approaches work, they would secure U.S. objectives without resorting to major war. Yet even the term the U.S. military uses to refer to steady-state military “shaping” operations, “phase 0,” implies that they are the starting point for a larger multi-phase campaign.

 

The U.S. military’s dominant paradigm for operations is a six-phase planning construct, consisting of phase 0 (shape), phase I (deter), phase II (seize initiative), phase III (dominate), phase IV (stabilize), and finally, phase V (enable civil authority). This implies a linear progression of conflict through a culminating phase (phase III) of major combat operations, and then a “post-conflict” period of stabilization and transition. Within this paradigm, the central decisive point is assumed to be phase III, and the bulk of the U.S. military’s attention for resourcing, modernizing, training, and allocating risk is found there. While the United States is getting ready for the big fight, however, its adversaries are working to accomplish their objectives short of open conflict.

Biden’s 2020 Party Platform Proposal Seeks to Abolish America’s Suburban Communities

 

Joe Biden’s radical proposal for the Democrat Party platform for 2020 seeks to put an end to America’s suburban communities by forcing low-income housing into every neighborhood and flooding every community with immigrants, legal or otherwise.

 

The proposal, known as the Biden-Sanders Unity Task Force Recommendations, would provide instant amnesty and a pathway to U.S. citizenship for the 22 million illegal aliens now living in the nation. Astoundingly, it would also give legal status to all the world’s refugees regardless of the legitimacy of their claim to the status.

 

But on top of all that, Biden and Sanders are proposing that Barack Obama’s so-called Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing rules will be put into full force.

 

For instance, in the “executive orders” section of the platform proposal, Biden/Sanders note that Biden would, “Implement the Obama-Biden Administration’s Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule requiring communities receiving certain federal funding to proactively examine housing patterns and identify and address policies that have discriminatory effects.”

 

The Biden/Sanders platform also scolds Trump, and says Biden would “Roll back Trump Administration policies gutting fair lending and fair housing protections.”

 

In another section, the platform states Biden would: “Ensure effective and rigorous enforcement of the Fair Housing Act and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. Hold financial institutions accountable for discriminatory practices in the housing market.”

 

With a longer explanation, the platform states:

 

Democrats will vigorously enforce the Fair Housing Act and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and hold lenders accountable for discriminatory practices. We will use the federal government to enforce settlements against discriminatory lenders, and require communities to proactively review housing patterns and remedy local policies that have a discriminatory effect. Democrats will give local elected officials tools and resources to combat gentrification, penalize predatory lending practices, and maintain homeownership, including exploring targeted rental relief when exorbitant rent increases force long-term residents from their communities and tackling persistent racial bias in appraisals that contributes to the racial wealth gap.

 

If you are unsure of what all this means, the Obama AFFH rules would force every single American city or town to add section 8 and so-called “low-income” housing in every community.

 

Fox News host Tucker Carlson recently explained what the outcome of such a rule would mean for America’s suburban communities.

 

Carlson said the Biden platform would:

 

…make the rest of America very much like our biggest cities have become: squalid, dangerous, chaotic and unhappy. They’d like to do to your neighborhood what they have done to New York City. The main thing they’ve done to New York is make it scary. Violent crime is surging dramatically there, as we have told you night after night. none of the main reasons for that is the elimination of cash bail — the city no longer holds the people at arrests.

 

The Fox host then added:

 

Democrats want to abolish the suburbs. They are too clean and nice, and therefore by definition, they are racist. The Biden campaign has highly specific plans on how to do this. It’s called affirmatively furthering fair housing. It’s a HUD regulation, it was written during the Obama administration. Biden’s advisors plan to enforce it. They will cut off critical federal funds for municipalities unless those municipalities submit to federal control of urban planning. Towns will be ordered to abolish zoning for single-family housing because single-family homes, needless to say, are racist. Low-income federally subsidized apartments will go up in the suburbs. It’s a good bet you won’t see any of this. You won’t see projects being built in Aspen or Martha’s Vineyard or anywhere else Eric Holder vacations but in your neighborhood? Oh, yeah.

 

The rules would make planning and building homes in every neighborhood the exclusive business of the federal government which would tell all of us how we are allowed to live, in what sort of homes, and where those homes are built.

 

That is what you will be getting if Joe Biden wins in November.
