It is a state of mind that only you have control over, no one else can control your thoughts unless you allow it.
Ignore what others think, they do not matter! Do not gauge your self worth by what others think, (who the hell are they anyways?)
Be a free thinker, you do not need to belong to ANY group to have self worth or to obtain happiness. (Stop checking for "likes", they mean nothing! ;-)
Walk your own path, I only need to answer to the man in the mirror and to God.
So break those bad habits (chains), go make it a great day and enjoy it!
And take time to give praise and thanks for all your blessings, your glass is half full.
