I see. So, then technically google can be shut down and all involved can be arrested because these photos are on the internet and can be found through GOOGLE searches. Therefore GOOGLE is in possession and it’s up to anyone’s interpretation whether something is considered lascivious.
I like the premise, seems like a reach though.
You have to find the offender, find the device the photos are on, find a lawyer to take the case..etc.
Plus, what if this is coming from another country?
I would venture that if you’re no posting this garbage.. move along and ignore, eventually it will leave.
