What is the /comms/ Bakers Union?

A group of namefag bakers that have been nearly exclusively controlling every bake (and every notable) on qresearch for many many months. 'Union' because they only allow one another to bake. To control that they require verified off-board accounts be presented like a union card, like qanonbin.com, created by a baker that namefags as 'newsbaker' because he also created the notables aggregator wearethene.ws. It is connecting the code for qanonbin.com to Ron Cabrera Jr. that exposes 'newsbaker' and his 'frens' Nightbaker, gyb, wake-n-baker, doc strange, tex baker, d2l and others as being associated with lefty, Antifa, Chinese subversives pretending to be MAGA. The board >>>/comms/ is where they pretend to plan, but the updated discord code that reposts Q's posts on discord is strong evidence that they are primarily communicating on discord. >>>/comms/ is just the show. This group solely imposes itself on Anons for their own ends, Anons get NOTHING out of the deal that can't be dealt with otherwise. This is a huge gatekeeping operation that has burned a lot of good Anons and the cancer has to go.

Immunity is the expected norm in the Barry two tier judicial system. Hilly and Biden both bank on it. Which needs it most is very hard to determine. We see the pattern, we get it: corruption, whitewash, elect and disaster for America should the third proposition take. RED BLUFF, Calif. - The sheriff in Tehama County is making masks optional for his deputies while they are out on patrol, despite the state-wide mask mandate issued by Governor Gavin Newsom.

"I think masks are very important," said Robert McMinn, a Tehama County resident.

But in a letter sent out to deputies by Sheriff Dave Hencratt, it explains that masks can "jeopardize the physical safety of [it's] his sheriff's deputies."

"If somebody feels that it's their right not to wear one who am I to judge?" said Alithia Rutherford, a Tehama County resident.

Hencratt's letter explains that masks impact "verbal and non-verbal language, reduces the sense of smell and taste, restricts breathing and causes anxiety."

 

"So a deputy is wearing a mask and it's hindering his job if like they were in pursuit or something like that, by all means, they should not have to wear it," McMinn said.

Another reason for not wearing masks? Masks can fog up when you're wearing glasses, according to the letter written by Hencratt.

"If you did it by the Fed OSHA or Cal OSHA standards that would be better protection because there wouldn't be the fogging of the lenses, cause you know how to get them fit right," said Clarence Hemphill, a Tehama County resident who disagrees with the sheriff's mask policy.

 

Deputies can still wear masks if they want to.

"I feel that we should wear the masks to protect one another because if we're healthy then we can be carriers of COVID-19," Rutherford said.

"Because then they won't bring it to you or when they forcibly stop us and interact with us," Hemphill said.

Deputies must wear masks in the Tehama County Courthouse.

Action News Now reached out to the sheriff's office for comment about this story - they refused to talk to us.

The letter also points out that the risks of wearing masks "far outweigh the risk of exposure" from the coronavirus.

Several injured & missing after explosion, massive fire at biofuel plant in China

 

Multiple fire crews have been deployed to tackle a huge blaze raging at a biofuel complex in China. At least two people were injured during the incident.

 

An explosion rocked a biofuel plant in the city of Longyan in China’s southeastern Fujian Province, local media reported, citing officials.

 

Videos from the scene show massive plumes of thick smoke bellowing into the sky.

 

A witness told CGTN that the fire started during maintenance work at the plant. Other witnesses said they heard several blasts coming from the building.

 

A rescue operation is underway with multiple teams of firefighters deployed to the site. It is not clear how many people were at the plant during the incident. According to local media, at least two people were injured and two more are missing

Oil Set To Plunge As OPEC Seeks To Boost Output By 2 Million Barrels

 

In retrospect, it's impressive that it lasted as long as it did.

 

Four months after OPEC cobbled together a record production cut to offset the demand destruction unleashed by the covid-19 lockdowns, R-OPEC+ (i.e., OPEC plus Russia and a bunch of non-OPEC exporters) is set to slowly resume pumping more after an alliance of producers led by Saudi Arabia wants to increase oil production starting in August, amid signs that demand is returning to normal levels following coronavirus-related lockdowns Bloomberg and the Journal reported overnight.

 

Bloomberg confirms as much, noting overnight that "having successfully doubled crude prices over the past few months through unprecedented output cuts, the OPEC+ alliance led by the Saudis and Russia is poised to begin unwinding these stimulus measures. As fuel demand recovers with the lifting of coronavirus lockdowns, the producers are about to open the taps a little."

 

According to the report, alliance members will meet via zoom on Wednesday to debate the group’s current and future production, which include plans to restore some 2 million in production following the record production cut in April which saw Saudi Arabia push for a 9.7 million b/d in production stoppages as the pandemic led to a collapse of oil demand. The JMMC will consider whether the 23-nation alliance should keep 9.6 million barrels of daily output off the market for another month, or restore some supplies as originally planned, tapering the cutback to 7.7 million barrels.

 

As the demand recovery gains traction, members are leaning toward the latter option, according to several national delegates who asked not to be identified. Shipping schedules for August are already being set, so the course is more or less locked in, one said.

 

While all this sounds great in principle, in practice it will likely send the price of oil crashing because just as there was a massive uphill battle in April to get everyone on the same page (and even that did not stop oil from hitting a record negative price on April 20), so now that production quotas are being eased, the result will be a furious scramble to outproduce everyone else, as OPEC's most characteristic feature is exposed for the entire world to see: cheating.

Ohio county establishes hotline for people to snitch on anyone not wearing a face mask

 

People who don't wear a mask face up to 90 days in jail and a $750 fine

 

A county in Ohio is encouraging the public to snitch on anyone who is not wearing a face mask by calling a hotline. Cuyahoga County, which includes the city of Cleveland, launched a hotline and a website for Ohioans to report their fellow citizens for not wearing face masks on Friday.

 

"There's not enough people in law enforcement throughout the county to track down people, chase them around and figure out who we can go after for not wearing a mask," Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish said on Friday.

 

Many are fearful that the hotline will be weaponized by Karens to report anyone seen not wearing a face covering.

 

"This is not intended to be going out and finding people not wearing masks," Budish said of the hotline. "We want people to wear their masks… We want people to do it voluntarily."

 

Once a mask violation complaint is made to the hotline, county officials will contact the person or business to let them know that a complaint has been filed. The complaints will also be forwarded to the Board of Health, and the relevant city or town.

 

"If the Board of Health determines certain places are continuously ignoring the mask order, the board may reach out to local authorities to address the problem," Health Commissioner Terry Allan said, according to Cleveland.com.

 

Anyone who has multiple complaints or is found guilty of "serious non-compliance" could be investigated by the Sheriff's Department.

 

Gov. Mike DeWine (R) issued an order making masks mandatory last week, but the mandate only applies to Ohio's seven counties with the most COVID-19 cases. Violating the mask mandate is a second-degree misdemeanor, which is punishable by up to 90 days in jail, as well as a $750 fine. The mask mandate will be reassessed every week and does not apply to children under the age of 10.

 

In April, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio established a hotline for people to rat on each other for not abiding by social distancing guidelines.

 

Mayor de Blasio boasted it is "easier than ever" to call the authorities on each other for not social distancing.

 

"When you see a crowd, when you see a line that's not distanced, when you see a supermarket that's too crowded β€” anything β€” you can report it right away so we can get help there to fix the problem," de Blasio said.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom to Release 8,000 β€˜Most Dangerous’ Prisoners to Prevent Virus Spread

 

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has already released thousands of prisoners into communities across the state and now he is poised to release as many as 8,000 more by end of July, a move said to be necessary to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

 

This development, which the state announced on Friday, comes after the head of medical services for the state’s prison system was replaced following an inmate infection spike after more than 100 prisoners where transferred from the California Institution for Men in Chino from San Quentin.

 

β€œThese actions are taken to provide for the health and safety of the incarcerated population and staff,” corrections Secretary Ralph Diaz said in a written statement. β€œWe aim to implement these decompression measures in a way that aligns both public health and public safety.”

 

The Los Angeles Times reported on Newsom’s plan:

 

Initial prisoner releases would come from those with 180 days or less left to serve on their sentence. No one serving time for a crime defined in state law as violent or involving domestic violence would be set free, officials said. Those required to register as sex offenders or who are assessed as being a high risk for violence would also be ineligible for early release.

 

The second group of prisoners who could be released would have no more than one year left to serve. The releases are aimed at reducing the populations at eight state prisons identified as higher risk for coronavirus transmissions. The same eligibility rules as the first group of released prisoners would apply in these releases.

 

In all cases, prison officials said, priority will be given to those who are 30 or older. Prisoners under the age of 30 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

β€œThis is serious stuff and requires a seriousness of purpose,” Newsom said in the Times report. β€œPeople are just saying just release thousands and thousands of people.”

 

β€œEach and every one of these cases are sobering, challenging, and there’s a deep responsibility that comes with this job, but a sense of deep urgency as well to decompress the system in a judicious and thoughtful way,” Newsom said.

 

At least one official has expressed concern about the threat to public safety.

 

Vern Pierson, the D.A. in Northern California’s El Dorado County, called it β€œconcerning” for public safety, and said the criteria being used to decide which inmates to release is unclear.

 

β€œThe Newsom administration also has not made clear whether crime victims and prosecutors will be given notice when an inmate is released or if they will be able to file objections, said Pierson, who serves as president of the California District Attorneys Assn,” the Times reported.

 

β€œWe don’t know what the actual impact of this is going to be. We do know that it’s a high likelihood there will be significant increases in crime,” said Pierson, who added that earlier releases of non-violent prisoners means that those still incarcerated represent the most serious offenders.

 

β€œIt’s inescapable that it’s the most dangerous people that are the people that are left in prison,” Pierson said.

 

The San Francisco Chronicle reported that, as of Wednesday, an estimated 104,725 individuals are imprisoned in California’s 35 institutions. Nearly 20,000 inmates would need to be released just to reach 100 percent capacity in the system.

In a recent article I briefly examined a number of advances that global planners made prior to the World Economic Forum’s announcement in June of a new initiative dubbed β€˜The Great Resetβ€˜. Details of β€˜The Great Resetβ€˜ came as nations began to reopen their economies following a global lockdown. The extent to which Covid-19 has dominated every facet of existence – largely because of unrepentant media coverage – has encouraged people to focus exclusively on what life will be like after the virus. For many, what came before now seems inconsequential. It is anything but.

 

For example, three months before Covid-19 took hold, a global pandemic exercise – β€˜Event 201β€˜ – was held in New York City which simulated the outbreak of a coronavirus that originated in Brazil. The scenario focused on a novel zoonotic virus that β€˜transmitted from bats to pigs to people that eventually becomes efficiently transmissible from person to person, leading to a severe pandemic.’ Whilst initially some countries managed to control the outbreak, it ended up spreading and β€˜eventually no country can maintain controlβ€˜.

 

The simulation culminated at the eighteen month mark with 65 million people having died and severe economic and societal repercussions. But that was not the end of it. As the scenario explained, β€˜the pandemic will continue at some rate until there is an effective vaccine or until 80-90 % of the global population has been exposed. From that point on, it is likely to be an endemic childhood disease.’

 

Event 201 also used the exercise as an opportunity to warn that β€˜the next severe pandemic will not only cause great illness and loss of life but could also trigger major cascading economic and societal consequences that could contribute greatly to global impact and suffering.’

 

That pandemic arrived in the shape of Covid-19, just weeks after the conclusion of Event 201.

 

On examining the make up of Event 201, we find that the three institutions at the forefront of the simulation were the World Economic Forum, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

 

It is through the WEF that β€˜The Great Resetβ€˜ was launched, in what the group said was in response to Covid-19. Johns Hopkins has been the go to source for the number of global infections and deaths thanks to their newly established β€˜Coronavirus Resource Centerβ€˜. And then you have The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation which has been a driving force behind efforts for a vaccination to be found and disseminated worldwide.
