Trying to cap a post that is larger than the screen.

1. Click arrow

2. Select 'select post'

3. (camera appears in upper right hand of post)

4. go to bottom

5. click screencap

6. box appears with filname.png

7. open with whatever

no matter what I do: open with gallery, open with illustrator, save as, whenever I open the file it is always blank.

Is there another step I'm missing?
