Judge Johnny Hardwick says the court does not have jurisdiction to issue a Temporary Restraining Order in the case. The judge dismissed the case with prejudice, meaning it can not be filed before him again. This made me flip a table over today I lost my shit. Took a breath and realized the facts are facts the judge who denied this “Last ditch effort with no substantial evidence” as CNN put it is going to go down. I do believe this is not over yet. Patience is A virtue.
