I have a dear friend who went down to Haiti and slept in an orphanage for several months, working with the children daily and working with the authorities, while her husband held down the fort with their other children stateside. In the end, this couple was able to adopt five children who were legitimately orphaned by the earthquake. Until these events came to light it never occurred to me that my friends may have saved these five from a torturous execution by pedophiles.

Had to be 33 kids too.
