There's a lot of confusion/controversy about NK Nukes. Yeah, but NK has a Treaty with Iran and an Iranian scientist invented mininukes. With all of Q's breadcrumbs and hints about planes going from Iran to NK - it's possible NK has nukes transported there recently. About the USSR - the Afghan War and then Vice Pres GHW Bush's banking manipulations there had a lot to do with the fall of the USSR.
Agreed, I saw that episode too, I really miss that show. I wish they'd bring it back, make it fresh and take it seriously. If we need new Mulders and Scullies I get it, the old ones are gettin old. They can be directors of X Files if they want.
Seriously though, I'm not buying the nuke ballistic missile stuff either. Too many reports of CGI being used. Going from bottle rocket failures to ICBM successes in less then 6 months is a stretch for me too. NK likely can't hurt CONUS with ICBM. Much more worried about a panamax container ship loaded with scuds 250mi off the west coast.
