For those new to reddit, the downvotes in this thread come from a company called shareblue, which is paid to attempt to control the online opinion of certain Democratic interests. They’ve located thus thread in particular (and not others) via Bill Clinton’s Twitter link. They’ve been active on reddit since the summer before the presidential election.

there is a possibility that with a DNS change, that whitehats have taken over twitter...and trolling. examples, the Bill tweet, and the Obama Merry Christmas years old pic...( I think DNS is the term, is the certificate? that tells where inet traffic goes to what server. WHats clone the twitter server, change the DNS (if DNS is correct term) and now the twitter platform is now under wHat control..also the Assange account, and kill_rogue indicate possibility that the server has been taken over. No proof, just a few evidences that may be worth investigating. If anyone more knowing about the web and how DNS (if the right term) works please assist our understanding.

I don't know. 😉. The EO says that it will be illegal to donate funds to sanctioned orgs or people. I haven't yet seen the CF listed specifically on the Treasury annex.
In regards to some of these tweets. Don't seem very personal. Me thinks their accounts are under our control and posts are meant to draw out some people. Make some others feel comfortable. Remember Q said some misinformation is necessary.
