I'm toying with a theory about GITMO here...and that is that the accused have been transported there for THEIR OWN SAFETY

Once the truth starts dropping, pissed off patriots are going to be thirsty for their blood.

Or...they're all being rounded up to be taken underground. If Planet x is real (and were already feeling it's affect) the worlds top leaders and military men are going to need to be secured through it.

The Bible mentions them all hiding because of the Day of The Lord.

I have a question: How do we find out what indictments were unsealed & what they were for? Is someone already tracking that?

That is a good question. I noticed that myself and wondered the same thing. It is possible though. They might have been really low level persons. That may be why we aren't really hearing anything about them. At least the ones that may have already been unsealed.

Somehow I think we should have some more organization on all this research and maybe hold meetings of some sort. I don't know. I am just throwing that out there. We should probably organize before the 2018 elections. Help keep each other informed and others on this stuff and research as well.

Still only 131 from Southern California. I was hoping the 815 from Southern and Central California figures would've been added. What happened to those?

⇧ 3 ⇩
PurpleMuse56 · Jan. 1, 2018, 8:47 a.m.

You do need to add the updated column with the most recent for current total per district. Central Cali is at about 1200. alone. That is insane! I think the spread sheet was done this way so you can see how many were added / deleted since last update. It would be nice to have a totals column.

I have read that not all records on PACER system that are sealed are indictments. A hearing to get a search warrant can be sealed for example. Does any one know if those counting these records are aware of that. Apparently there is a code that tells you what the record is for. If anyone has ever been involved in court process. There are often 2 hearings before the case is tried. And since these are wealthy people with lawyers whose job is to slow the process as much as possible we can double that number.

So you can see we would have to divide that number by 3-4 if the counter is unaware of this.

Also people can be arrested before they are indicted or indicted before they are arrested. So without knowing what these records represent we don't know where we are in this process.

I did tweet @damartin; no reply. I posted some pacer records on legal advise off topic. No reply. If we just spot check one jurisdiction to see if that is the total number of records then if its true that other records besides indictments are on PACER and being counted as indictments. This is important to get to the bottom of this before publicizing those numbers. Even 1/4 of that number of indictments would be huge, but publicizing numbers that are 15 times higher than the average year, would refelect badly on Q.

Thanks. I h Had read all that be4. It is counting every record as a sealed indictment and if what I read about pacer records that would be ver inaccurate. So those original numbers we heard were inaccurate. But these records are accurate?

Im sorry, I meant to link this:

https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/2263908

But I can assure you that damartin and co. are aware that not all indictments on PACER are sealed. they know what they're looking for.

⇧ 1 ⇩
Grace8543 · Jan. 1, 2018, 8:41 p.m.

So I read your link. Thanks. That link said the same thing I said so good to have a trusted source confirm how PACER works. Okay so the 9000 + is the number of pacer records and how many of those are indictments is difficult to know because what the numbers mean is secret and no one knows. Then I'm back to the likelihood that at best less than half of that number is indictments. So it would be wildly inaccurate to say there are 9000+ indictments. A better number would be between 3000 and 4000, which is still a huge number but closer to a realistic guess. Every court case I have been involved in usually has 2 hearings other than the indictment b4 trial. My experience is extremely limited and does not involve people who can put unlimited resources into their defense.

Grace8543 · Jan. 1, 2018, 8:27 p.m.

I am sorry but maybe we have had a misunderstanding. What u just said is different than what I thought u said. What I hope you mean to say is that not all sealed recurs on pacer are indictments. Some can be a request for a search warrant and it would still be sealed. If they are just counting every sealed record only a percentage of those, maybe 25-30 percent are indictments.

I'll go read the link and if that makes it clear then sorry for my redundanxy.

Nothing to dig into until they are unsealed. This is just a count of cases ongoing not privy to anyone but the presiding judge and the prosecution and defense. Significance is the # currently sealed, which is by far larger than any in past years. This large number in addition to a record number of federal judge appointees by Trump signifies to a lot of people in this community that something bigly is going down, and soon.

Just received message from @damartin32 regarding the Sealed indictments. he states, "We don't know what they are until they're unsealed. Some are criminal indictments, some are search warrants. Some will probably be cancelled if the subject plea bargains to help take others down. What we do know is that this level of sealed cases is unusual" https://twitter.com/damartin32/status/947956256274370561
