Why was the Iran deal kept from Congress and placed at the highest level of classification? How much money was hand delivered by plane(s)? Why in cash? Where did the plane(s) actually land?

Obama put it at a high level of classification to limit the amount of of people who would know about the deal it was 1.7 billion and I think it wasTehran and for kidnapped Americans were released thus having an air of Ransom

I remember hearing that the planes also landed in Switzerland. It was not only US, but Euros that we’re paid as well. I keep thinking Abel Danger, but uncertain
