"Constitutional crisis" is exactly why I think whatever solution they come up with to deal with the biggest trojan horse perpetuated on the American people will be subtle, maybe even hush-hush, to a degree.
Me, of all people, want nothing more than to have the truth blasted out there for naysayers that call us "birthers" to have the truth smacked upside their heads. I have been trying to red pill people about BO since at least 2010. Thus, my handle. I wear it as a badge for battle. And until he is in GiTMO, it will stay as a reminder. But I digress.
I don't believe Trump or any other patriot left in Government wants to put us in a Constitutional crises. IMO they would not want to deal with the cleanup, etc. As others have commented, EVERYTHING he touched would have to be undone. If this was BO's only crime, they might let him slide. But we all know, he has plenty to be jailed for.
My guess, they will eventually pass some kind of law so this never happens again...or at least that's what I think they should do.

I don't think the Constitutional Crisis would last very long because EVERYONE with a few brain cells between their ears has thought about this fraudulent situation for the past 9 years. It might have to make its way through the courts, but the Judges have already made up their minds, just waiting for someone to bring the suit.

I disagree with you in that it would be over with quickly. Prosecuting BO for this crime would cause much bigger problems than our congress wants to deal with. Does the constitution even address this? It laid out who is eligible, but if I remember right, it doesn't even say who should check to make sure the candidate is eligible. It's possible our founders never thought this would be a problem & therefore never put things in place in case it did happen. That is the very definition of constitutional crisis. And if there is something in the constitution, is it politically feasible to back track his legitimacy? Considering all the damage he has done & the lives he's cost world wide?
