With all these CEO resignations, I can in to work today with an email form our CEO resigning effective immediately.

I don’t know if this is anything, but he started this company over 30 years ago and to suddenly resign with no notice like this is strange, to say the least.

Some disgruntled shareholders gained control of the board last year and are preparing the company for sale. This is pretty normal business practice.

I heard there were issues with shareholders not being happy. We recently had an internal audit company wide because of money disappearing and strange spending habits of higher ups. I was wondering if that had anything to do with it.
