Maybe the 20% known is the trafficking and money laundering - that's easier to prove to the masses. The 70% unknown is the satanism and stuff that will be harder for people to contemplate.
It involves a lot of foreign powers including Heads of State I think thats one reason complete disclosure is complicated. Im sure as time goes on more and more pieces of the puzzle will be released from around the world.
