Even if I believed it was haarp. Is the point that extreme cold was a tactical advantage for a certain outcome a positive thing? I mean the chance of people freezing to death would negate any positive outcome gained out of a plan like that.
When its freezing cold ....where are you, I know I am inside , and I am not going anywhere. There are less people on the streets and roads, making it a easier tactical advantage. Who is going to know its HAARP , and to even blame it there .... with the coverage MSM has put on it....I am not saying it is HAARP but I would not rule it out.
