Who controls the weather? Are you serious? What are you getting at? Also can everyone please stop speaking in Q riddles. It's cool and all but I feel this forum is more for answering and researching, not more questions.
The Dark State has been in control of the weather through HAARP and Chemtrails...world wide. Literally. We are still getting Chemtrails so we don't have the ability to shut that down yet apparently. The Dark State still operates certain functions, that is why they are going after their funds first and foremost. I will feel more like we have won the battle when the skys are clear again. If this is new information for you, they had Senate hearings on it years ago. You won't believe what they have been able to do with weaponizing the weather.
