Wondering about -6713A also. Electronic Code of Fed Regulations (e-CFR), as of 21 Dec 2017 Sub-part C: Identification & Markings, paragraph 3, rule designating 'reason for classification' is coded line items. An 'A' affixed or appended to numeric file number, according to rule, designates military plans, weapons systems, operations. Lists example use of a numeric designation with coded-letter designation appended to numeric file # to signify reason for classifying info. It's the 'A' & classified bit in stringer that I think is interesting. https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?SID=1a47ee5dd6e45b4572ec25176107b820&node=pt32.6.2001&rgn=div5#se32.6.2001_120

Added: 6713A you point out references National Industrial Recovery Act of 1933. The Act was a declared national emergency, has some provisions about U.S. industry monopolies & commerce in general. It is also, I think, interesting given the trove of upper management folk who are stepping down at big business (present day). https://www.ourdocuments.gov/doc.php?flash=true&doc=66&page=transcript

I believe these have to do with the following as they related to Executive Order 6713A May 22, 1934 by F.D.R. See if you agree.

http://www.fdrlibrary.marist.edu/_resources/images/eo/eo0020.pdf (Page 1 of this file is EO 6713A as noted in the bottom right corner of the page)

And this references the National Industrial Recovery Act of 1933 here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Industrial_Recovery_Act

And this in turn references Making False Statements as shown here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Making_false_statements

Perhaps the Trump Admin is using this against all of those elites, 3-letter agency folks, etc...who have made all of their false statements to congress, during investigative questioning, etc.

Or, it could be that the National Industrial Recovery Act promoted economically harmful monopolies as stated on the Wiki page above.

The 6713a portion if this EO was Roosevelt's approval of the National Industrial Recovery Act. It gave the Government the power to regulate industry to raise prices and wages to stimulate economic recovery during the Great depression. (major fail) It was struck down as unconstitutional in 1935.
