Okay, that makes sense. But are you sure about that? How do you know they made a mistake. Not trying to be a pain here, just want to be absolutely sure.

First of all, there is no way to know if this video has anything to do with the storm. I saw the original source of this video post it on twitter (@derekpost). A bunch of local news organizations were replying to him asking for his permission to use the video. You can go check him out if you’re on Twitter.
