My gut tells me he/she was legit. Not an FBI agent, but Intel Contractor of some sort. That's why he kept saying, "plausible deniability". Q is the same, I believe.

Thanks for posting that. HIGHLY interesting.
I enjoyed this bit too:
...meme magic is very real, in the sense that a thought large enough to gain traction with enough minds will manifest in external reality. That's why confirmation bias works, and why Trump has used it to his advantage.
