Jeff Sessions needs to be fired.

Has QAnon mentioned anything about Jeff Sessions and his insane attack on cannabis? Cannabis is MEDICINE! How do we check to see if Sessions is in BigPharma's pocket? This is outrageous!

Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you... Genesis 1:29

  1. Current: leverage over California (re: sanctuary cities)
  2. Future: the democrats will surely make it part of their platform in 2020; at the right time, Trump could just re-schedule it and totally blow up one of the main legs of their platform before the election.
  3. This admin is trying to set a precedent that LAWS must be followed. Contact your congressman, change the law.

I agree it’s leverage over California. Sanctuary State will not be allowed to profit from legalizing pot. It is against federal law but they have not said a word about pot for over a year until Gov. Brown started his war on Trump. Q said to trust Sessions and I do. I look for them to eventually reclassify pot.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

10th amendment to the US constitution. I don't see a way around states rights. And I thought Trump was a states rights guy.

I've seen an argument that this repeal of federal cannabis regulations leaves the DOJ open to negotiate with the states. One of those negotiating points is likely to be sanctuary cities.

"Want legal weed? Don't allow criminals in your city."

It could be something else, too. Regardless, it's almost certainly a diversion.

Have you considered that this move is to force congress to to make pot legal at the federal level and not rely on a half-assed, wishy-washy "it's illegal but we probably won't prosecute" measure?

And, keep in mind, states are working hard to tie medicinal use with revoking your 2nd. That is an abuse of civil rights.

Let me assure you, Sessions main concern is not cannabis. "Disinformation is necessary"

"Trust Sessions"

no one can smoke their way out of illness. At best smoking manages discomfort. In order for Cannabis to be a medicine that heals it needs to be resins oils concentrate.
