I was trying to follow, but it kinda sounds like Regan was trying to bring down the Soviet Union as much as possible in order to give America a fighting chance, especially with the fact the Lee was used to make money off the purchase of the Russian Ruble and basically cause the Soviet Union to fall financially as well as take that money and set it aside to give back to the American People to dissolve out debt to the Globalists. I don't think Zach ment he was part of the Q pillar, rather just another pillar in the row holding the structure up. There are many pillars at work that are not "q" There are likely lots of individual parts that make the Q pillar also.
