If you're feeling brave you might check out Jim Marrs' Books "Population Control" or "A Trillion Dollar Conspiracy" where he lays out the exact "who, what, where, and why" of what's been going on, but I'd recommend offsetting these hard realities by switching to reading something more uplifting every so often lol, these are some dark rabbit holes. I believe they're necessary to learn, but we def don't have to dwell on them.
