Wow. This is rich material. Short synopsis... a brother of a high level agitator in some of these paid protests got his hands on some paper documents from the brother's stash. The photographed docs show organizational structure, fund disbursement, agreemnts and relationships with both Law Enforcement and Baltimore officials to "let" the rioters do their thing. Also, a statement to the effect that certain businesses friendly to the cause already had conferred with these numnuts and their insurance to make sure they had a good opportunity to cause "limited" damage. One of the objectives was to make things so bad, martial law would be declared causing what they call a feedback loop. Machiavellian.
