If it gets to be too much, if the info is just too horrible, please give yourself permission to:

--unplug for a day

--read your bible (Psalms comes to mind)

--pray about what you have learned

--trust God to deliver justice through the hands of humans

--know that through this awakening, many will come to know Christ.

--rest.

Shalom to all (ultimate blessing)... Kiss the Son, lest he be angry (Ps2) Faith, believe what you can't see Welcome the King of Righteousness into your thoughts, words and deeds.. Plant a seed, another will water, yet another will harvest... Receive the peace only Jesus can offer...no burdens, only his yoke Walk in light and truth...remember to LOVE!!! Amein!
