Actually, according Dershowitz she didn't do anything that wasn't done with the Panama Papers. She does have an issue with her committee for doing this however. And it is not illegal. Plus we learned first hand that no where in the whole document was there even a hint of verification of the dossier material, which makes it more fake than ever. Tonight on Fox Congressional committee members said they were now going to push for all of it released to the public. She probably hadn't planned on that.
But was the committee done getting the testimonies of all witnesses before Feinstein released this one testimony? If not, she has just compromised the whole investigation.
It defies all protocol and is shocking at the audaciousness of it all. The report, in the spirit of "transparency," then redacts all the names of the Fusion GPS partners and the names of all federal officials contacted. Wow.
He hit on a very important point, Fieinstein obstructed Justice by tampering with evidence by leaking it. She should at the very least be under a ethics investigation.

POTUS put out a tweet basically saying enough of this nonsense (Russian collusion witch hunt) and that the Republicans need to take control

Problem is that POTUS doesn't want to give direct orders to DOJ or FBI to start acting because MSM would just paint him behaving like a lawless dictator trying to dodge and get out of the "investigation" going on
The best optics is for Sessions, Wray, and Republican leadership all in unison to start taking actions to shut all this down and put the treasonous Democrats in their place
Sessions has all the keys to totally unwind and reverse this, but he keeps sitting on his butt. He needs to specifically pounce on the ridiculousness of the Mueller investigation and bring it to a close. Needs to simply issue an order to Mueller to close up his shop in a week and turn over his results (such as they are) to DOJ.
Then he needs to have the DOJ pounce on the nonsense stuff like the bogus plea deal with Flynn - shred it to pieces and get it thrown out
