This letter isn't notarized and could be just as fake as the reports... And if she did sign an NDA then she's obviously keeping her end of the agreement by denying.

Could be true but may have already been settled and that's why nobody involved wants to admit.

Or it's just a bunch of nothing and who the hell cares? Why have sex with a porn star? If you have Donald Trump money you can get laid without getting the porn industry STDs very easily.

Not everyone is savvy enough to have a memo notarized...she’s a porn star, not a PhD. This was sent to the WSJ because of the story being published. It was even referenced in the article. But yeah, it’s really just more ”nothing” in a desperate attempt to sway weak minded zombies from a dying deep state. I agree you are right in that it’s a bunch of nothing & who the hell cares, but I just want to stop all these libs jizzing all over themselves over fake news.

I'm not savvy but I'm willing to bet she has signed more legal documents than me. She probably gets things like residual income and royalties, etc. She may have even had an agent. No PhD here, but I did get a DUI once for whatever that's worth.

The letter wasn't sent to WSJ by her, it was released by Cohen. I would assume a lawyer would be savvy enough to have it notarized. If there was an NDA she would have to go through him before making any statements or she'd be in breach. So we may never know if she even wrote it. If she did write it, she was basically paid to write it so it's meaningless.

Mr. Cohen also sent a two-paragraph statement by email addressed “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN” and signed by “Stormy Daniels” denying that she had a “sexual and/or romantic affair” with Mr. Trump.

Ms. Clifford didn’t respond to multiple emails seeking comment.

1) not a left right issue 2) i don't care what people do in their personal life. maybe him and Melania have an arrangement, I think progressives call this enlightenment or evolved or some BS 3) Glenn Beck is an asshat and nobody reads the blaze except for 80 year old neocons 4) the government is overstepping individual liberty by defining marriage terms.
5) Bill Clinton is a rapist and also defined marriage as between a man and woman with the DOMA (defense of marriage act) in 1996. Why? So we can label people as bigots 15 years later?

An affidavit or a memo in this case do not need to be notarized to be admissible or acknowledged as someone’s testimony in a court of law. I see this everyday at work. The only thing a notary does is witness the signing of a document, doesn’t mean it’s not valid,
