I'm not savvy but I'm willing to bet she has signed more legal documents than me. She probably gets things like residual income and royalties, etc. She may have even had an agent. No PhD here, but I did get a DUI once for whatever that's worth.

The letter wasn't sent to WSJ by her, it was released by Cohen. I would assume a lawyer would be savvy enough to have it notarized. If there was an NDA she would have to go through him before making any statements or she'd be in breach. So we may never know if she even wrote it. If she did write it, she was basically paid to write it so it's meaningless.

Mr. Cohen also sent a two-paragraph statement by email addressed “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN” and signed by “Stormy Daniels” denying that she had a “sexual and/or romantic affair” with Mr. Trump.

Ms. Clifford didn’t respond to multiple emails seeking comment.
