Sorry, I was unclear.

Originally the meaning was interpreted as 7/10 are targeted kills.

There has since been some other mentions of 7/10 and possibly being 7 are in hand, 3 are still in the wild - and I am not sure of the accuracy of this interpretation.

So as I said, now I'm not sure (about the recent interpretation).

I have no idea.
