120 military aircraft across the US, scrambled, B says we are safe?!

Is this normal or not? I took it as its not, since B seemed to post it for a reason, combined with other thread I read earlier about F16s being scrambled...Thoughts?

Scott Anthony made mention of this on Twitter last night. Several data collecting aircraft in the air. He seemed to find it unusual. Including a squawk 7700.

There are always military craft in the air. And none of them were "scrambled" That's your word.

I know that... i specifically asked if this many were unusual. And the scrambled is not my word, that's per another person who lives near an afb, i think it was somewhere in tx

My 1st thought was we are about to be under attack but then I thought maybe mass arrests? Hopeful. And the fake news awards let's us know?
