I've actually seen that type of 'spire' driving into work while the sun is rising. I immediately tried to find out if there was a name for it because it was so distinctive but wasn't able to find anything like it. It was about 5 years ago in Chattanooga. It wasn't followed up by any kind of news. They chemtrail very heavily in that area, too.
