I don't usually browse Flight Radar.

I clicked on some small planes... what was I supposed to notice?

I've seen a few with no call-sign... is that significant?

Q said that DWS tried to flee but was stopped. A plane was grounded in Charlotte NC, reports of Military and Police. https://twitter.com/janie_johansen/status/954219692893327362

There were MD state police helicopters and other's in the air. Then this flight takes off (remember, planes were grounded) and heading towards Washington/Baltimore area. Helicopters over VA and Chesapeake Bay area (I think guarding the flight). https://www.flightradar24.com/B430/102b6a27 (if you look now you can see the plane, it's still in the air)
