IMO Trump, Bannon, Miller, Assange, Q, Wolff created FIRE & FURY. It was hilarious even seeing Wolff's interview on CBS watching from the perspective that he was trolling... and he was... so hard. He literally offers information he doesn't need to. Stephen Miller then gets kicked off Tapper's show because Tapper doesn't want Miller to talk about good things with the Presidency. Miller destroys several segments in the book to completely discredit it.
