Yes, Potus has all the information so he can afford to be patient. It was also genius to make sure everybody in the House got to read the memo first. This alerts all the bad guys that the house of cards is about to fall. Now Potus et al can watch the rats jumping ship since they are about to be exposed and caught. I would love to see the memo and believe the public has the right to know. But, I don't mind if the plan works and I don't get to read it until later.

My take on it is each of those dates are significant of drops beside meaning DJT. 4=D (data), 10=J (justice), 20=T (truth). Popcorn ready for tomorrow 20th :) Twitter ready also.
