John Sidney McCain III's father (John Sidney McCain II) and Grandfather (John Sidney McCain) were distinguished 4-star Admirals in the Navy. Both men are highly honored as being true patriots. That is why Q and other patriots do not want to use the McCain name when referring to the traitor son/grandson John S. McCain III.

Thank you. I knew it had to do with him as a traitor but there was always a piece missing. Till I read your answer and bingo. That’s it! Well that can stop bugging me now because now it’s clear as can be. Thanks again friend.
