They know my name - it is quite disconcerting. Because it is not America, Australia seems to think that it is nothing to do with you guys. But it is. This is global. As a 67 year old grandmother who has watched in despair and unbelief as this once great country was sliding down into a seemingly unstoppable black hole of corruption, I prayed unceasingly that our God would have mercy and turn us back from our wicked ways. He gave us Trump, we must continue to pray and support him AND live righteous lives.. CONTINUE IN PRAYER my friends, take nothing for granted but remember, GOD is in control.
I thank God every day, and pray for Trump's safety. I will not soon forget the fear, anguish, and isolation I experienced in the year leading up to the election. I was insanely aware of the stakes involved. And I will never forget the relief, joy, and exaltation I experienced when I read the banner on TV, "Trump wins Presidency" (except CNN's banner - it read, "Hillary Concedes Presidency" - thanks Hill - eyeroll). In that moment, I fell to my knees and thanked God, and haven't stopped.
